I purchased a 5.01 ct lab-grown diamond with a hidden halo pavé setting, and honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first given the pricing. But after receiving the ring, I’m genuinely impressed with the quality.

Keep getting told it’ll be shipped tomorrow. First Feb 26 Then March 5. Then March 16. It’s March 19 and no tracking order so I know it’s not on way.
Paid for it in January. 1 or 3 days late is one thing. 21 and counting? Plus the annoying “I do apologize…” boiler plate intro.

Here’s a recommendation: if it’s going to take 2.5 months- then say it’ll be 2.5 months. I can decide to go elsewhere or if no rush, can stay with them. But 21 days later than promised is hardly fair

I never ever purchase expensive jewelry online ( because trust issues) but after looking at a few reviews on Reddit, decided to buy a pair of small diamond studs. It came super fast and was just perfect.
So after thinking it over, decided to order a diamond bracelet and a necklace. Prices were unbelievable, It took awhile to come but was just perfect. Looked so much better than I thought it was going to be and it came with an authenticity certificate. I would purchase from Luvansh again.

This experience with Luvansh has been wonderful. I had previously had a custom ring created that fell short in the quality department, but I believe in 2nd chances, so I commissioned another custom ring design. It came out amazing. This was a recreation of a 100 yr old ring of my grandmothers, where they recreated it to me a men's ring. They did an amazing job. It took a little longer than expected to receive the ring, but the quality and workmanship more than made up for it. I am hoping to work with Luvansh on correcting my original purchase, and think their customer service team seem open to it.

I ordered the 2-carat stud earrings and I’m very happy with the purchase. The diamonds look beautiful and the quality is exactly what I expected. They are bright, well cut, and the overall appearance is excellent.
The earrings also came with certificates, and everything matched the description on the website, which gave me confidence in the purchase.
I ordered from Canada, and I honestly expected to pay additional customs duties because I previously had that experience when ordering from another jewelry store. However, the delivery went smoothly and there were no extra charges, which was a very pleasant surprise.
Overall, I had a great experience and I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service.

Stay away from this place. Ordered a custom ring Feb 9th. Promised ship date March 9th Zero communication from this company between ordering and now. Shipping label created (bc I hounded them) and it’s stayed that way no tracking no movement no FedEx has possession. This company only keeps small diamonds in stock and the large diamonds are actually in another country! They take your money buy the other stone in a different country and then make the ring to send to you. I’ve been calling for a week now every day to see what is going on only to be greeted with the same canned response of “ it going to FedEx today” 😂 I just want my money back and don’t even want the ring

I bought earrings from them. The shipping was included in the sale. Heres the issue... SIGNATURE FOR DELIVERY NOT REQUIRED! Luvansh didnt even give me the OPTION to require signature delivery. I assumed they wouldnt ship $800 of merchandise without it. Well, they did... and because of the rampant package theft going on in our whole country, especially in the middle of a giant city like Phoenix where I live, the package was stolen. After dozens of back and forth emails... Luvansh said its their policy to ship anything under $1000 without requiring the signature. After all was said and done, Luvansh said in short... "Oh well, sorry for the inconvenience." Fedex denied any type of claim. So here I am, NO merchandise and also, still owe my credit card $817. Choose another company with signature delivery to protect your money!!!!

Regarding their response…. THEIR “POLICY” doesn’t protect your money. If the package gets stolen…. YOU GET NOTHING. You cannot even CHOOSE to require signature delivery…. CHOOSE WISELY, choosing Luvansh might cost you money. And THEY DO NOT CARE. "

UPDATE >>>>3/20/2026

I was contacted by a senior staff member of Luvansh to discuss my issues. He was incredibly helpful and agreed that what happened and their in house policy has issues that should NEVER cost a customer their hard earned money. He has further insured that their shipping policy is currently undergoing changes to make sure that all customers are given the choice UP FRONT to select a signature to make sure their package isn't stolen. Luvansh OR FEDEX Or any company for that matter cannot guarantee a package will not be stolen, nor could they be held responsible for it... but he DID agree that the signature required delivery will insure that doesn't happen and that customers will be given that choice. If a customer CHOOSES not to have the product delivered with a signature, then the risk falls squarely on the customer.
