Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I discovered multiple unauthorized charges of €51.58 every quarter from this app, totaling €309.48 since February 2025.
I never renewed any subscription, and I am certain I had previously cancelled it. The subscription does not appear as active on my phone, and I never received any notification about renewals.
On top of that, the app crashes every time I try to open it, so I cannot even access my account or manage anything.
I have already reported these transactions as fraudulent to my bank and requested a full refund. This behavior is extremely misleading and lacks transparency.
I strongly advise others to be very careful before entering their payment details. At this point, my trust in this company is zero.

App contact great, billing is a nightmare
Most importantly the content of the app is superb! The videos are easy to see, understand and feelings of a spa. I love that the most. However, getting in touch with customer service and more importantly canceling or anything having to do with billing is a HUGE nightmare. I accidentally forwarded a pop up screen that prevented me from doing my exercises that lead me to subscribing to one on one coaching that was expensive! I immediately wrote a email and didn’t hear back for weeks! When I did hear back they tried to talk me into keeping it for a small discount. I never even used it or wanted it in the first place. We went back and forth for days and I finally just contacted my credit card with screen shots of my emails and they immediately refunded me my money. Who has time for that? The app and content GREAT, contacting someone terrible.

Be aware of wording on app
I thought it was a trial and the app was very deceptive how it was worded, ended up paying 2 lots of payments. Hardly used, then my card was charged again ..apparently premium membership, had no idea. Did complain and went back and forth with them, said I should have known what I signed up to.
Be very careful, paid a fortune for nothing, and they had seen I’d never used the coach side of the app.
Did give me 30% refund which amounted to nothing what I paid. Would I do it again ..definitely not, be aware of free trial or just anything to do with this app .. won’t be doing anything like this again..put me off trying anything else now!

I indeed had a good experience with luvly. I actually had a subscription issue and had an unexpected debit from my account. I realise now that it was written on the conditions, that are not always easy to read and understand. I wrote them and they dealt pretty well with it.
Hoping now to look 15 years younger ;-D !!

Fantastic customer service and program
Fantastic customer service and response. Quickly got my login sorted and on the way to my first day for 3 months. The program is easy to follow and feels great. Very unhappy with the company i was lured into the company by they saying a free month not only was not true when i hit continue they add it a couching without my permission i hit continue and it charge my bank 23.99 plus 49.99 i immediately contact them to ask for the money back and they did not gave me the 49.99 that is all I wanted they only gave me 34 dollars back very disappointed in this company they trick people. Please dont get lured in they are not worthy. Hope this help other not to get money stolen like they do they are thieves.

I blame myself but I signed up for a free trial on this app. I have ended up paying a substantial amount of money for something I haven't used. I cannot comment on whether this is a good app or not but be very very careful regarding subscriptions etc. They don't remind you in any way of upcoming payments and I have just spent £118.46 for an apparent Premium service - I would never have knowingly signed up for this.

I liked the app by itself. But customer service and financial politic RUIN the good app((( 1. I never subscribed for a monthly fee of $42 per month - and was charged for a year.. I subscribed for a free trial / 3 months subscription. but not monthly fee! 2. When I occasionaly tried to open the app through google account, they created THE SECOND ACCOUNT!!!! for THE SAME E-MAIL! I didn't know it is possible, but they did it! and started charge me from this second account too! Be careful - they charge from google account and from e-mail at the same time (create 2 accounts and charge you). 3. When I tried to contact customer service, I was replied by a chat bot! Great scammers! Good job guys, you will receive it back. Will dispute all charges through my banks and need to block my card now to avoid future transactions according to other reviews and "good" reputation of LUVLY FACE YOGA APP

This is a scam don't get drawn into it.
My daughter looked at this app and downloaded as advised to find a charge so swiftly decided not to go ahead and deleted the app. A few weeks later she found payments taken from her account on 2 occasions. She had not used this app so had nothing for the money they had taken. This is a scam do not sign up they are ripping people off and hoping you don't notice until you check your account. She is now struggling to cancel it and get a refund. I'm so angry she has been scammed.

Mis-selling scam
This company refused to refund me in full when my device was incompatible with the App, so I received no service from them whatsoever, and mis-sold a full monthly subscription at more than triple the price of the initial one month trial that i signed up for. It's a scam and to be avoided.
