After reviewing the orders carefully, we would like to clarify that the items shipped were consistent with the products ordered. One item was a 7x6 lace wig, while the other was a U-part wig style.

We completely understand how the U-part wig may have felt different from what you were expecting when viewed in person, especially since the finished look shown in the photos can appear very seamless and natural once installed. We regret for any confusion or disappointment this may have caused. The product page does include details and additional photos showing the U-part cap construction, but we certainly understand that product expectations can sometimes differ once the item is received directly.

Regarding the delay in receiving the return label, because your return request involves products from two separate orders, our team took some time to carefully verify the correct items and corresponding order information to ensure the return process was arranged accurately.

First and foremost, we want to sincerely apologize for the issues you’ve encountered with your wig. We understand your frustration, and we take all customer feedback seriously. We’re truly sorry that this experience didn’t meet the high standards we strive to provide.

We would love the opportunity to understand more about your order and the specific problems you've mentioned. Would you mind providing more details? If possible, could you share some photos of the unit at vipservice@luvmehair.com? This would be helpful to verify and solve the problems.

Unfortunately, based on the information provided, we're unable to locate your order history or any past communications with our team. We are committed to addressing your concerns and would be grateful for the chance to make things right. And we have also forwarded your feedback to our factory to check and investigate it.

For styled or colored hair, the curl-defining process, dyeing process, and moisture-retaining treatments used during production can sometimes cause a lingering scent that becomes more noticeable when the hair is damp. While it is not harmful, we completely understand that it can be bothersome.

Also, most of our wigs are default medium wig cap size, around 22.5 inches, while some adjustable wig cap designs allow for a fit in 21.5 to 24 inches. We regret that the wig size may be too big for you.

If you'd love to know, as long as the wig is in its original condition, with the hair uncut, unbleached, color unchanged, and the lace remaining untouched (without any cutting or secondary trimming), it can be returned. Gifts won't be a problem.
