The quality you receive is worse than the cheapest store you can think of. Don't fall for it. And also, they won't refund you because the shipping is expensive.

Terrible! Cloths are garbage, not what it appears on the website and they make it almost impossible to return by having you return to an address in china which will cost more than the order. Don't order from this website!!

Of course, I too have had an awful experience with this company. With the useless "refund/offer" that they gave me, I am trying to return the items I purchased, but I am worried I wont get me full refund.

They are now selling on Facebook under the company name Floweryme - Complete scam!! The dress I received is a crappy knock-off. The fabric is disgusting and it cost pennies. Do not purchase anything from this company. I am still in a dispute with them through Paypal (thinking that I was protected the same as if I had used a credit card). I reached out to the company to return this immediately, then two weeks later, then one week later - NO response. I filed a dispute with Paypal - Luvrosy offered my $5 on a $45 dress (plus shipping). I declined. Luvrosy and Paypal is making me ship this back to China (taking my time and money to do this) and then they will refund me the full amount. To check for yourself, copy and paste sentences from the reviews into Google and see where else they are posted. They are fake reviews, fake site, fake clothing - DO NOT BOTHER! UPDATE: I went to the post office yesterday to return this to China and I was told it would cost near $70 to send it with tracking. This is there scam - they know that we won't pay this to send it back and they won't refund the item unless they receive it back WITH TRACKING. ** Floweryme.com reviews - this is a scam!

This company will just rip you off. Wish I could give them zero stars. Don’t waste your money on them. They advertise one thing, send you something different, then tell you too bad when you ask for a refund since they didn’t send you what you ordered and falsely advertised their product. Would never shop with them again. Their customer service consists of running you in circles. You tell them you ordered a two piece gym set but only got the bottom and no top. They tell you that it is only a one piece set. You show them your order summary which clearly says it’s two pieces. They tell you but it’s only a one piece set. You once again tell them that they advertised it as a two-piece set, that’s what you agreed to order so either send me the second piece or a refund. They tell you but it only comes as one piece, but they will give you a 20% coupon for your next order (yeah right, like I would ever order anything through this sham company again). And the cycle goes on and on with them refusing to correct their error. Stay away from them.

I agree with every other reviewer here - clothes are not as pictured. I have been trying to return an item. I contacted company to ask how to do so. It took over a week to receive a response and they stilL didn’t answer my question and the response was written in very poor English. I emailed again and AGAIN my question was not answered- I still have the item and it’s been over a month - not sure I can even return now.

3 1/2 months from my order date and still no clothes!!!! They are terrible and please do not order from this company ever. They keep telling me my stuff is coming but the tracking number is not even in the usps system. I keep asking for my money back and they won't give it back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Fake Fake Fake!!! Never!! Never order anything from them. Sooo cheap quality of job and fabrics. The price of items does not worth it. Clothes barely look like on pictures.. Horrible customer support service. When i was trying to return my order and get my money back they play fools and never gave me reasonable answer.. So I cannot get my money back.

False advertisement in every way possible. Clothes look NOTHING like the images. Sizing is off by at least 3 inches. Shipping too nearly 2 months. I tried to cancel before they even shipped my items and the refused. Clothes arrived damp and smelling of cat urine. They don’t let really customers review on their website. Those are all fake. I asked to leave a review and they won’t let me.

Email inbox is always full. They claim you can get a refund if measurements are off by more than an inch... but they don’t abide by their own policies.

They offered me a $5 refund or a 15% off coupon when I spent over $100 and didn’t get ONE wearable item.

Please do not support this company or waste your time. They are terrible people.

Horrible experience don’t even buy from them. Clothes are cheaply made and fit is horrendous. After weeks of my credit card being charged I finally received my items only after i disputed the charges. Once received I immediately wrote to them to return items as material quality is CHEAP and they look horrible on.

WASTE OF $$!! Items are cheaply made. I ordered 3 shirts and a pair of shoes. They shorted me one item. Shoes showed up with unglued insole hanging half out of it. Returning is a crock of sh**. They require you return to Guangdong Dangzao China and forewarn you that if the package does not pass customs they will readily deduct customs fees from your refund. I was determined to return and collect my refund but after all the negative reviews will just take my losses at this point.

First, my order took 2 months to get here. When I received it, one item was missing, one of the items was not the color I ordered and the quality of the things I received was cheap and not as described. I reached out to them and they refused to give a refund. When I tried to pull up their website it didn't exist anymore and now the one that is out there is photo shopped and not the same site. SCAMMERS!

I ordered 2 items in April for $59. They sent an email in May telling me my ordered was shipped. Every time I tracked it, the label was not even created. I paid thru PayPal so I could start the process to receive my money back. I write emails weekly requesting a refund, It is now mid-July and they are still sending begging emails for me to have them resend my items. They are the worst!

Do not buy from this company. All clothes are trash.

I did actually receive the item after a looooooong time given spotty to no customer support. The merchandise was not great quality and, sadly, returning items proved very difficult ... not worth the hassle or cost in my case. I would not recommend this vendor at all.

I received my order in a reasonable amount of time during COVID. The outfits were way too long for me (they were all small rompers). I expected them to be cheap, and they were.. but I was buying summer outfits for around the house or for hanging out with close friends since everything is closed anyway. I didn't try to return the items because a friend of mine is REALLY long and they fit her perfect. She has been getting a lot of compliments and wanted to try and order even though this site is a little shady.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Poor quality, cheap material, and clothes do not look like pictures on website. I have been trying to return/contacting costumer service for over a month and finally got someone to respond but will cost $40 to ship back to China! Extremely disappointed! Stay away from this site!

This company does not have a phone number to call or an address on their website to make returns. When asking how to make a return, they do everything to avoid it. You will be responsible for shipping charges to China. I have asked for the return address about 5 times and they have still not provided. I donated my items. Highly recommend you NOT order from them!

It's amazing at how many poor ratings there are for this company that they still get orders I've had the worst experience ever and I trying to fight over them for four months to get a $8 refund. Worst company ever how can they even be in business? I hope we ruin their reputation by how many negative responses there are two this terrible company
