Please dont be tricket to use this website to order cloths. If you care about your money spend them somewhere else. VERY CHEAP CLOTHS, and POOR SERVICE. If you have to make a return their office is in china, it will cost you $40 -$60, and they will never gove you a full refund. Pls stay away from Luvrosy!

Slow and definitely wrong sizes. Their solutions to my complaints are ridiculous. A 15% off coupon and $3.00 refund. They recommended me to sell my clothes. What a joke.

Couldn't even return my clothes because I would have to pay for the shipping which is out in Australia and they would not refund me the shipping price. Slowest response time as well.

Do not shop with them. You can find better online stores with better customer service.

Saw an ad on Facebook for a pair of really cute jeans. Ordered them ~ and when they came in they looked nothing like the picture, incredibly poor quality (cheap), the sizing was very odd (baggy in the groin area) and just hugely disappointing. Jeans were roughly $30. Wrote to Luvrosy about 7 times. Did get a response and my options were to mail the jeans back to them in China ($33 for me to ship back), or keep the disappointing item and they'd give me a 15% credit toward my next purchase. I emailed back and asked if I could mail them to their distribution center in New York - same reply. Mail back to China or a 15% credit. Needless to say I'm doing neither. Won't order from them ever again so the 15% credit is worthless to me. Hopefully this review helps someone else avoid the same mistake I made.

Worst company ever! Stole my 50 dollars. Ordered overalls in March and here it’s July and never received. Been getting the run around in emails for 4 months still no merchandise or refund. Buyers beware this is a fraudulent company from China! Do not buy anything from this company! They will steal your money,

The worst quality and customer service I've experienced with any online retailer....ever! The clothing's quality and sizing is terrible. I reached out to find out about returning my order and it took them 3 weeks to get back to me. When they finally did, they did not provide me with the information. They asked which item came in wrong size, when that wasn't my issue! Then it took 2.5 weeks for them to return my email to tell me that I can't return but they would give me a 20% coupon for a future order. NOT! I will never order from them again!

This website is a joke; cheap clothes/products been arguing back & forth with them for over 3mos about a product I’ve mailed back; still have not gotten my refund. They don’t even deserve 1star. Don’t do it Ladies don’t buy from them. Worst online experience I have ever had

Agree w/BAD REVIEWS! This company, Luvrosy, is ridiculously slow and sent wrong size and pattern for one of the two items I ordered. I really want to return the item but don't want to deal with this foreign company any longer. Don't take a chance with ordering from this site. Quality of items and customer service very poor.

Oh my goodness! Stay away from this website. Took weeks to get items. They are soooooo small! Quality is very poor. Website says customer service will respond within 24 hours, NOT THE CASE! They do not respond. I cannot send back because they have not emailed me the address to send back.

0 stars! Do not order from this company! It is a scam. Clothes are very cheaply made. The sizes are very small and do not fit. Delivery took weeks and emails are not answered. Lesson learned!

This company is horrible do not buy from it!!! I got suckered into it on an Instagram ad and it took over six weeks for me to receive the dresses I purchased, customer service must be based in another country and is absolutely impossible to connect. The dresses were ill fitting, the material was cheap and did not look anything like the picture on the website. I asked to return the products from customer service with no reply for weeks and finally paid for shipping to send it back to the warehouse it was sent from, and now I am fighting with customer service to get my money back.
It has been 2 1/2 months since I originally ordered the product and I have yet to receive a refund or a credit. This has been the worst customer service and company I have ever purchased clothes from online!!!

Honestly, giving them one star is being generous. Terrible quality, sizing, and customer service. They told me to give the items away and they would give me 15% off my next order. Nobody would want them. It shipped after ordering over three months prior, and it takes them weeks to respond to an email. They finally gave me an address in China to return the clothing, but said it would cost more to ship them back. Don’t ever order from them.

Unprofessional company I have ever worked with, they sent the wrong size and now they are trying to fix their mistake and they want a SKU number, to bad no SKU number was issued and no invoice either. Sent pictures of wrong item and they still do not understand. Never, never , never buy from this company. Comprehension must be low of their understanding

Complete scam! They need to be shut down. Over $100 order and nothing fit. When I tried to return had no way to contact them. FINALLY received an email in which they asked if I wanted to "give" the clothes to someone else and they would offer me a discount on my next order. I said I would never order from them again and wanted a refund. Weeks later received an email with a return address to China at my expense. SCAM. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN

Terrible customer service. I bought a dress and it took forever to arrive, but once it did the size was too big and the quality is poor. I wanted to return it, but they've made it a total nightmare. I've been on an email thread going back and forth, me saying "Yes, I will pay the postage to return the dress" and just asking what the address is, but somehow they just don't understand???? They still haven't sent me the address. This is literally the 10th email on this email thread. I'm so dumbfounded as to how they continue in business. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a bathing suit. Not only did it take FOREVER to get here, but their communication was HORRIBLE!! They took forever to answer a question and then did not even give a straight answer. Furthermore, when my product got here it was NOT WHAT I ORDERED! It was a thong bathing suit and looked different than the picture. When I contacted them, they said they would not return it. When I copied there policy and sent it to them, they then said "Well you can return it, but you have to pay shipping and custom costs and it will be a while before you get refund". They also told me I would spend more trying to return it and to just sale it to someone else to get my money back!!! This site is a complete

Purchased 140.00 worth. Filed complaints. 3 months later finally received order but cloths are not what I ordered and way to small! Packages came with not receipt or return address. Sent an email and once again no response! Working with PayPal to get a refund. Would gladly send cloths back but not getting any cooperation. Horrible service! Do not buy from luvrosy! Scam web site!

Horrible experience. It took over two months to arrive but the worst thing is that you have to ship it to China to return!

I finally received a return address after numerous emails to Luvrosy. My $71 order was going to cost me $35 to return to China. What a waste of my time and money.

I tried to get a refund and after 10 days of sending via their support email (half the time email came back and said their box was too full) they offered me 15% discount on my order..I said no..they told me to sell it I said I am 65 years old I don't sell things and lastly 3 times I got email it's expensive to return about$30. Again I said getting half my money back is better than nothing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!
