Would highly recommend selling with Luxe Cheshire

I have now sold 4 bags over the last two months with Luxe Cheshire. One selling within an hour!
Selling was easy, the photographs taken were professional and the social media coverage was consistent.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have also purchased from Luxe as when I went to deliver my bags to the shop I couldn’t resist the beautiful shoes they had in stock x

Stress free selling and buying with…

Stress free selling and buying with Luxe Cheshire all the time - had been clearing out my wardrobe from time to time and Luxe Cheshire had always been excellent in helping consign my beautiful bags. I’ve consigned one bag to another reseller before and it didn’t get sold for 5-6 months, but got sold in 1 day after I sent it to Luxe Cheshire! Also bought from them before for a Chanel brooch and all excellent and as described. Communication has always been prompt and clear, plus payment has always been on time, and the whole team have been friendly and lovely. Highly recommend this company for rotating your luxury items!

Received bag damaged but they’re not interested

I sent a designer bag here to be sold, despite the fact that they would take 40% of the sale price. It didn’t sell and so I had it returned, it has arrived back with a broken buckle. Contacted them and they’ve denied any involvement, offered me no support and are now just ignoring my messages. Awful

Carly, we're sorry you felt the need to leave a one star review. The bag in question was sent back to you after the 12 week period (under our FAQ's) as sadly it didn't sell, your Chloe bag wasn't in the best condition and therefore it was put up at a lower value and our rates for selling are based on a sliding scale from 10%-35% so we're not sure where you get the 40% from? As for the damage as we have explained the bag was not damaged when we sent it back to you and we have taken this up with our courier company and have been awaiting a response. We did ask that you return the bag to us so we can see the damage, we have never denied any involvement we only pointed out that the bag was not damaged whilst it was in our showroom. We have communicated with you and feel that leaving a review like this is only for the purpose of damaging our impeccable reputation.

After purchasing an item At £1,100 I…

After purchasing an item At £1,100 I noticed there was a 10% discount code.. I emailed them straight away explaining that I didn’t know the deal was on & could they acknowledge it.. & I didn’t even receive a reply.. this was my 4th purchase from this company & was saddened with this poor service.

Having read the response from Luxe… I can confirm that I sent the email to them on the 18th April at 21:32. This was sent immediately after I made my purchase. I cannot be held responsible if they don’t read their emails.
I believe their response to my review on trust pilot to be very poor.

Firstly the discount was not 10%, we had an offer on that ran for a few days whereby if you purchased an item for over the value of £1,000 you could use the code TAKE100 at checkout for £100 off any item over that value. However we can’t be held responsible if people don’t use the code, it can’t be reversed but it could have been used up to the expiry date. We did not receive an email from you either? It’s a shame that you feel this lead you to leave a 1 star review when we have sent the item out to you as described on a next day service. The code only works at the time of purchase. Such a lovely experience from choosing…

Such a lovely experience from choosing which bag, so many gorgeous ones to choose from, to arranging delivery on time . When it arrived it was packaged so beautifully. It was an absolute delight. Can’t recommend luxe Cheshire enough.

Bought an LV bag for the wife last week…

Bought an LV bag for the wife last week as a secret gift and really kept my fingers crossed that the item will arrive as per the description as i hadn't used this company before.....
It was faultless and i now have serveral brownie points, thanks to Luxe Cheshire :)

Perfection

Absolutely love my new Chanel 😍 quick delivery, packaged perfectly, great communication. Hardest part was waiting for it to ‘drop’ on the Monday.

Classic CHANEL flap Lambskin in Silver hardware

I bought the classic Chanel flap with silver hardware in the size Medium. I’ve been looking for the gold hardware for a very long time but when I came across this bag I knew I had to buy it. It looks brand new, all description on the website was exact to what the bag looks like, Luxe Cheshire we’re so helpful and very quick at answering my questions. Payment was easy and the website was very easy to use. Deffo will be buying again.

A very personalised and efficient…

A very personalised and efficient service that made for an enjoyable experience. From the telephone call to check details, confirmation messages and personalised postcard, communication was clear and highly responsive. I received my gorgeous bag before expected and it was exactly as described. I would highly recommend Luxe Cheshire and will cherish my preloved handbag.

The ordering process was easy.

The ordering process was easy.
I would have given them 5 stars but their courier let them down. And it’s all part of the customer experience. Although not entirely their fault.
The item arrived in excellent condition. I don’t think it had been used at all.
The hand written card was a lovely touch. The customer service I received and the timely responses to my queries throughout was worth 5 stars.

Wonderful bag, delayed shipping

I ordered a Bottega Veneta bag and I must say the bag itself is perfect.
However, I was at first sent a wrong bag by accident and I had to return it & pay for the extra return shipping myself (was promised to be refunded but that didn’t happen). It delayed the delivery of the bag I ordered, and after many unanswered emails I had to find a phone number and ring them up. Once we spoke on the phone, Luxe Cheshire arranged a super speedy delivery, and I’ve finally received my bag two weeks later.

We’re glad you love your bag, unfortunately we had two very similar bags and the wrong bag was sent in error, we had to wait for your bag to be sent back before we could send yours out which caused the delay. All our items are sent out next day. Apologies you haven’t received your postage we will be in touch to make sure this is paid.
