Refund Cancelled

Shortly after my order was placed they told me they didn't have the stock so issued a partial refund via Paypal. The refund was then cancelled a week later. Email was unresponsive. Don't waste your time or money on this website.

Terrible return policy

As others have said their return policy is just awful. They made me send videos, pictures, and several emails before they would even permit the return of their product which took weeks to arrive and didn’t work. I had to pay for the shipping back, then they didn’t issue a refund until I emailed them weeks later with proof of tracking. They need to change their policies if they want to be competitive.

The collar does not stay tight around…

The collar does not stay tight around my dogs neck. She shakes and the collar loosens so when she barks it does not work. I also can't figure out how to shut it off. That does not seem to work for me.

I gave them one star because there Are no minus stars. I bought 3 NONE of them worked. I asked for my money back and this twit feom the company kept emailin me questions that made it clear she had not read my complaint. These people are thieves

Do not buy!

Do not buy!! They did not refund , returned on time but since I lost tracking number receipt from post office and they have no inventory to check the item number and name we clearly wrote out on package we eat 160 and have no fn useless dog collar. They don't even respond and act dumb about questions such as how is it inventory once received and why did you have me write specific numbers for the order I paid for with my name.

Great product & customer support

I bought the Luxipaws bark collar, and it works fantastic with my dog. After using it for about two weeks or so, I lost the metal prongs on the collar. I reached out to customer support, and they responded within a day and sent me a free replacement. They were very helpful and responded promptly, making communication with them very efficient.

If i could give 0 stars

If i could give 0 stars, I would!!!! My first email was sent to Luxipaws on 9/28/24. Given the layout of our home, I need coverage to the far right of our home. I have no windows on the right because of the breezeway and attached garage. I explained the whole situation to them and I am getting nothing but a run around to return it. They never responded to the first couple emails. When they responded, they said to try this with a picture, circular coverage. I explained that won't work. Then I had to email them again because they didn't respond. Then they sent me an email wanting pictures all of the components that came in the box. I did that. I had to email them again because they never responded to that email. Then I received an email today that they want pictures of the box that everything came in. I sent that picture plus the picture of the packaging it was sent in! I am waiting for a response! I am turning all the emails and their requests to the Better Business Bureau! No-one should ever have to be hassled like this in order to return something!!

Follow-up. 12/3/24

Item was returned. The tracking showed they received it 10/21/24. Haven't been refunded and they won't respond to my emails!! This is a scam! Do not buy from them!!! No phone number to call them!!!

Got the training collar 2 days ago

Got the training collar 2 days ago. Charged it, did what the instructions said. It vibrates, peeps, tester won't work when tried the shock. Waiting to see how long customer service takes to get back, fix this issue. Was thrilled I got it in 2 days.

I would give a 0 star but it won't let me.

This company will not respond to your request. I'm pretty sure I just ate 169.00 for their pet containment system. Their equipment does not work, my dogs won't move because it is so unreliable shocking them sometimes a few feet away from the transmitter. The only person that did respond was "Sarah" their ai customer service, no person. Spend a little more and get a quality product.

Poor Quality

I had the collars for about 3 weeks and two stopped working. I got replacements for the collars and again 2 of the collars stopped working. My dogs always stay right with me or within my view, while wearing them. I wish they would be of better quality.

And so it begins

And so it begins. Bought this, it doesn't work, beep sometimes, sometimes it doesn't, certain distances, other times it doesn't. My pet is so confused it doesn't even want to move. And now the game of trying to return it gets started as they won't even send a return label. They keep wanting to troubleshoot it. That's a sign right there. If they make it difficult to return something, there's a reason.

They take your money, but don't expect to get anything for it...

UPDATE:
**After multiple emails, contacting the bank, PayPal, and writing this review, we finally got a notice that the item had miraculously made its way to the post office and was en route - Wonders never cease!! We have now received the item, it does seem to work really well, but I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again. What a headache!!!**

I ordered the bark collar from Luxipaws after reading a glowing review from what I thought was a reputable site. They were quick to take my 80.00, however not so quick to ship the product. I ordered it on March 20, and as of today, April 2, I have still not even gotten a believable shipping notice! I emailed them on 3/25 requesting an idea of how long it takes them to ship, since their website says 2 days and it had been 5. Interestingly, Sarah replied back to me at 10:38 pm (probably 8:38 her time, but still weird) and within hours I got an email stating that my item had been shipped. I was provided with a tracking number, which I checked and found that the item was actually still at their warehouse, and had not been received by USPS yet. I know this is common, so I waited....and waited... On 3/28, I had additional email communication with Luxipaws, and was told that the problem was on USPS's end, not theirs, and that the item had been shipped. I was told to work it out with USPS. I went to USPS, and they confirmed that they have not received the item in their system yet, and that it is still at the company's warehouse. They said that only a shipment label has been created (which is what triggers it to get in the USPS system) but that the item has not been taken to any USPS location as of yet. I reached back out to Luxipaws, telling them that I need this corrected or refunded expeditiously, to which I have received no response. Of course, I still have no bark collar either, just a debit in my bank account of 80.00. I'm beyond disappointed in this company, and I hope you do thorough research before choosing to purchase anything from them.

Luxi Dogs dog collar is a life changer! Works amazingly right away!

We bought a bark collar for our dog hoping it would help give us just a little peace.
It worked immediately! We are stunned at how well & fast it kept our pup from driving everyone crazy! We were almost thinking of re-honing him because he would non-stop bark.
I am truly impressed at the change in him. After two days he doesn’t need to wear it all the time because it totally changed hia bad behavior! We have a new dog and sleep is once again possible for our family. I highly recommend trying the bark collars. Our dog was a very stubborn dog and I really did not think it would work on him. Thank you!!

Collars go into a "standby" mode after…

Collars go into a "standby" mode after 5 minutes of being on. We were told to shake the collar to turn it back on, it worked once and you had to shake to collar so hard, my dog would never shake that hard. So after 5 minutes of the dogs not going out of their boundary they can leave no problem. Horrible product! Had an older version and it was great, very disappointed with their new product.

Complete waste of money

Complete waste of money. Customer support and returns are just impossible!
I bought this for a wireless fence for my 2 dogs. I only got to "test" 1 collar to learn the distance...the collar barely made a audible sound when stepping outside the distance. What good is that going to do? You have to manually hit a "shock" or vibrate button for the collars to do anything for than that small sound using the indoor piece, charge doesnt hold on the collars..i had thrm plugged in all day and they still were fully charged. What a waste of money. I tried to return this for a refund, sent photos, paid for the shipping, sent them tracking information and never heard back from them.
Save your money with this crap.

Good price point, poor product

I liked the price point of the GPS collars for our 2 large dogs. The manual that came with the collars was not adequate, gave no useful information, no diagrams, was just a paragraph or two. You can contact the company for email support but there are no videos or additional information online if you have questions outside of business hours. Even a simple YouTube video about setting up the system would have been fantastic. The GPS center point for the collars resets every time you charge the collar or it turns off. This is not helpful and defeats the purpose of a GPS collar in my opinion. The boundary must be reconfigured each time you charge the collar, in our case this means finding the center point of our acreage so the dogs stay out of the roads but have adequate room to run. After communicating with LuxiPaws regarding my questions, I requested a refund for my collars within two weeks of purchase as we were not satisfied with the product. I was told I would have to pay return shipping as well as not receive the full purchase price as it was now a used product. The collars had been worn by our dogs for no more than 30 minutes during this time as we were not able to make them work. I would not recommend this collar system. There is no means to leave a review on the actual website for luxipaws, no facebook page and no other means to alert future customers about the product. This should have been a red flag to me as a consumer but I did not pay attention to these points. I want this product to work but it is not meeting our needs. The adage "you get what you pay for" is true in this instance. It is a low price point and the features of this collar are not adequate for our needs. There is no monthly service fee for maintenance as there is with other collars and that would be the only positive review I can leave for the GPS collars.
