I think it is easy to order and easy to track, it does not take so long time for delivery unless its a bank holiday, so overall quite good experience until now.

Everything is more expensive even with your member compare to others! Most awful i forgot that after first purchase you become member and I forgot cancel my member and you took money. Bravo ! I never buy again from you !

My wife has Just found out by accident that she became a member after having nearly £9 taken out of her account. Sh has early dementia so I as her husband am writing this. The membership is carefully hidden. This is disgusting

As a customer you actively have to choose whether you want to buy a product for membership prices or normal prices. Under the membership price we inform that you start a membership when you purchase a product for a membership price.
A membership is also added to your shopping cart when you purchase products for membership prices for the first time. Furthermore, you have received a confirmation to your email with information about your membership when you placed your first order.
You can also read more on our website: https://www.luxplus.se You can cancel the membership when you log in to your account or if you send us a mail. I am sorry if you have not seen this and misunderstood our concept.
