Be very careful

Be very careful, especially if you don't speak Swedish, you will enter a subscription when you buy from them and they will take money from your account every month without even tell you or warn you.
I could have read more carefully and traslate everything properly, but I have read that so many people made the same mistake so I doubt it was only me who fell for it. I received no email saying the I had entered a subscription

2 of 6 various snacks of Kim's chips…

2 of 6 various snacks of Kim's chips was outdated. Some items you'll need to write their expiration date so people are aware that you sell over a half year old snacks, that way we who have some decent taste can avoid shopping awful snacks

This is in relation to the customer care service. I bought many products there for several years now. Most were good and no problems with. Once a perfume I bought smelled NOTHING like the original and dealing their customer care wasn't easy at all but worked at the end.

But this time I am really disappointed.

I ordered a product in mid-September, Rapid Lash, eyelash serum. I opened the package to start using it on November 2, and it was completely dry, not a drop left. Either the product was fake or so old that it had dried out. It cost 320 SEK, and considering I also have been paying membership fee, this felt like a big disappointment.
I wrote to Luxplus and asked for either a refund or a genuine product. There was back and forth emails, asking a picture or video of the product showing the defect, which I did, although how can one see the "defect" it's small grey tube (like a mascara) and you cannot see the inside. A week later, and after me again writing another email and asking for a response, I got another email asking for the product's batch number. I am (like all of us) a busy person and have no time for this kind of waste of time. I sent the batch number as well.
This has taken unnecessarily long, as they are slow in responding and asking qs and photos in increments. They could have asked for all they needed at once, without dragging the issue. I bought this to get improvement for Christmas, but it has certainly gotten late in the day.
They should respond and replace the product ASAP or refund, so that I can look for a genuine product elsewhere.

They subscribe you to their terms automatically if you buy something and they get money each month from you. It a scam! take care people

About your reply:
If you really didnt want to scam people and charge them every month you wouldn’t automatically include membership in the shopping basket. Furthermore, I should have received a refund of the money you had charged me without my knowledge when I asked for them since I never used again your services. So thats why i am here, to inform people that you want to scam them and be “members” of your site without their knowledge. I hope they will read this and rely on a more reliable site instead of yours

This website scams you by charging SEK 89 monthly without your consent. They only start the charges after a month, so you don't realize it.

not customer oriented

Yes, they offer good prices. But the customer care is not user friendly. In many big countries there are easy return policy and the brand complaints taken(example - Nykaa-Indian website)
But on this website once you buy the product, you cannot give the feedback(only rating) and you cannot do a return.
I noticed when you check a product it only shows rating of the product, but not the real reviews. How will the customer buy without knowing reviews? Is it a new scam?
Why should a consumer use the product that is not liked? At least exchange policy need to be there.

Not original perfume.

Not original perfume, it's a copy. Doesn't stay more than one hour.
After I purchased they took 89 Sek every month, they said it is membership.

I ordered smt and i accidentally clicked on the membership so now i already payed 100$+ on 1 perfume and i cant stop the membership and i dont even buy smt from the site so the membership is not useful

If you no longer wish to be a member of Luxplus, simply log onto your account at Luxplus via the lock icon in the top right corner of the page. From the “My Membership” page you can cancel your membership.

The cost is higher on this site even…

The cost is higher on this site even after paying the membership of 89kr.
Also the promotional offer that u get only on first time was not that I personally liked it even after having membership.
Basically I dint find it worth buying products from this site in terms of cost.

Best Varity and price

The only platform in Sweden where you can find best Varity of products for any think like skin, body and hair care and other things with the best price in the market.

I always has a subscription even I do not use it every month. Totally worth it.

I received an involve for membership…

I received an involve for membership that I did not sign up for, they say that they give information about the membership when you purchase things at membership price if that’s so why don’t they include the fee on the invoice when you buy the product so you can decide yourself if you actually want to buy the product still at that price with membership fee, which is way more then the normal price. Why send the invoice for membership fee weeks later after the purchase was made. This is just shameful why would I want w buy or be a member of such a business
