I am really satisfied with the couch. I have a small apartment and it is a really good fit as I am able to comfortably sit and lounge on it, but it can also accommodate couple more people. Additionally the option to have it as a "guest bed" for 1 or 2 people really plays well for me. The couch is comfy and stylish.
The rails on the side tend to slide out, but this can be fixed with a carpet or rubber mat underneath.

The sofa was in a great condition when I received it. And it wasn't that difficult to assemble it. It transforms easily to the double bed, sleeping there is very comfortable. Also, quite happy that there is some storage inside of this sofa on both sides, saving a lot of space at my house. I recommend it to everyone!

I ordered this sofa for my new place and everything went as expected. The delivery was on time and very organised. The sofa was well packed so it arrived clean and in good shape. The assembly was easy and to make it better it included two cushions. I definitely recommend it!

Unfortunetely, I also have the same negative experience with the customer service from Luxusbetten24. I ordered a sofa, and discovered the order came through in the wrong color. I am sure it was not my mistake, but cannot prove it because I didnt took screenshots in the order proces (tip: do so).
I think it would easily have been fixable, because the sofa was not processed yet so it could have been changed or canceled if they were a bit quicker in action or the other solution I came up with was to figure something out with the replacable cover. However the only solution they wanted to stick to was for me to send back the sofa for 129 euro's and order a complete new sofa. For that solution there is no need for a customer service, could have done that myself. Dissapointing because I like what the company says it stands for: durability and also with heart for nature. This is not in line with that.

Good side: responses were relatively quick, just not helpfull.

In May, we purchased the Selene designer armchair. It’s very sturdy, and despite our cats’ many attempts, they haven’t managed to damage the material. It’s also easy to clean and does a great job resisting fur, it of great quality and nice modern design.

The ordered sofa was exactly as described, sizes matched, quality of the fabric very nice, color matching the picture.
It was very easy to assembly, comfortable to sit on.
Delivery arrived in the agreed appointment, and the personel was absolute professional.

I had a terrible experience with this company. The product arrived damaged, and when I tried to reach out for help, their customer service was non-existent. They don’t respond to emails, never answer phone calls, and completely ignore return requests for defective items. On top of that, the delivery service was awful — the people were rude, careless, and banged the couch all over the walls and doorways while bringing it inside.

This has been nothing but frustration from start to finish. I will never order from this store again and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.

I’m extremely happy with this sofa bed! The quality is excellent, it feels sturdy and well-made, and the fabric looks just like it did on the website. As a bed, it’s surprisingly comfortable and perfect for guests or even everyday use. The assembly was very straightforward and only took a short time. For the price, it’s absolutely worth it. Fully recommend!

The product arrived well and it is as expected. It just misses assembling instructions and ways of keeping the metal frames steady. Plus, the delivery tracking is shallow, not informing a real delivery status.

I am seriously doubting the good receipt of our couch.

The couch was ordered on the 09-05 with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 weeks. It is now almost 6 weeks and mostly AI responses to be please be patient - things are taking a little longer than expected.
Only today (17-06) did we receive an sms from MebelTaxi stating that the couch can be delivered on 27-06 (7 weeks later from order date) but that we must respond with an ‘OK’. The OK message doesn’t deliver so there is no way of confirming. The support is not helpful with explaining and keeping us up to date. I have yet to see our couch….

I will update here if we ever receive it.
