Not as good as we expected
We ordered a sofa set and when it arrived the sofa was not wrapped properly in the box (all the wrapping just laid on top) and as a result had incurred damage. The cushions were for another sofa set. We assume it had been returned by another customer or was a display item. We asked for a new sofa which was arranged quickly. However the delivery men arrived with a whole set of furniture to exchange. They were far from happy when we just wanted the sofa.
The new sofa wasn't in great condition either (scratches
and dents) and didn't have any feet protectors fitted like the chairs did, but we couldn't be bothered to go through the return process again.
Luxus innundate you with emails explaining how well their furniture is put together. Our experience does not support that. We wouldn't buy again from Luxus

Good quality teak furniture
We purchased four Oxford and two San Francisco chairs to go with an existing teak table. They are sturdy and look great. The chairs were well packaged and delivered promptly. We are very happy and would choose Luxus again.

From placing the order on Tuesday to…
From placing the order on Tuesday to receiving it on Friday we were kept informed every step of the way.
On Friday morning we were phoned by the delivery team with an expected arrival time of 10-30, at 10-30 they arrived, carried furniture into the back garden, excellent service.
We unpacked the boxes and are very pleased with the quality of the table and chairs.
Would I recommend Luxus to friends and family? most definitely yes.

Easy ordering
Easy ordering, clear website and range of furniture. Delivered to our garden as requested. We paid for assembly and taking away of packaging and all was done as requested. The delivery guys were friendly, helpful and polite. Top marks for them. The furniture is as represented on the website. Lovely low table, four chairs and two folding chairs - all with cushions. Very happy.

Exceeded expectation
Couldn’t be more delighted with my teak garden table and chairs. Very sturdy extremely good looking, and comfortable Delivery was certainly quicker than the website ordering suggested.
