Even 1 star is too much for this…

Even 1 star is too much for this company. It's been a week since I ordered and I still haven't received an email saying my order has been shipped. I sent multiple emails to cancel but no response. I definitely do not recommend you to shop from this site. I won't say their customer service is bad because they don't have that kind of service. I regret purchasing from here. I hope I can get my money back.

Communication Needs to be Improved

Ordered a £350 light fitting online from Luxware. Supposed to receive my order in 3 to 5 business days. Nothing after 2 weeks. No address or telephone number on their website to chase up, however a quick online search shows a North London address near Barnet.
Made an enquiry using their online enquiry form and was told that it's been passed on to the relevant department. I asked how long this department will take to get back to me and which department this was, so far no response. Fortunately I paid on my Credit Card, which I would advise anyone buying online to do to get good consumer protection. Let's wait and see what happens.

Update.. My lights were despatched on the 1st of September but subsequently (see below) UPS didn't want to deliver.

However, I would have expected better and more prompt communication from Luxware.

With respect, but you lie a lot. I asked for a cupcake earlier and you didn’t send it to me. You ate the money. You're so ashamed they steal beautifully

Very bad customer service.

It is very bad customer service.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the lack of response to my previous request( I received my order with damaged parts.)
I have yet to receive any communication regarding the status of my inquiry after 2 months.
I never recommend your company to someone else.

And they were not the size I expected and I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for a refund and a return but no one’s responded to my emails or online chats.
