The color was not as described. This was a dusty rose, not pink and the bag was uneven from the stitching.
Lightweight box was smashed in shipping.
Company will not accept returns unless you pay to ship back to China.

Luxy Moon was the only company that had an evening bag which matched my daughter's evening gown for a family wedding which didn't break the bank. The purse was a lovely shade of olive green with a dusting of gold. The material was similar to tulle and it was designed to look like a rose. It was a lovely purse. She received many compliments.

Quick response...told me the size I ordered was wrong for me and which size I should order...I took her advice and just received my beautiful new coat...it fits perfectly and is just what I wanted at a good price!

I ordered a hat, and it was packaged in a small bag, wrapped up so tightly that the hat was completely ruined. When I emailed for a refund, they said they didn't have return labels for the item, so I would have to pay shipping costs. Their mistake, but they were charging me for the return. Do not order from them!

I was very skeptical at first and thought about purchasing my item at least for 2 weeks… I finally decided to purchase 2 purses from them and trust that the website was not a scam.

Well the website is not a scam and the purses are gorgeous. I have gotten soooooo many praises. A lot of people wondering where to buy it from.

The shipping was fast and it got here on time.

Hat was packaged in a bag. The company need ship hats using a box for packaging. The hat was out of shape could not be worn.

While my evening bag arrived on time, the color was not true to the picture and the bag was defective. It had spots on the beading part of the bag. I sent an email to this company that I ordered it from and never heard back from them.

Friends, the products in Luxy-moon.com are China made cheap ones, they made in Yiwu, China, a small city famous in China for the fake or low quality bags. They pretend that they are located in USA, they will ask you to ship it back to YiWu, China when you need to return. Hope this help you from being cheated by the YiWu low quality stuff!!!!!

Do not buy from here unless you want to return to China. Ship from New York but pay your own postage to send it back to China. I don't feel like this was even disclosed anywhere on purchasing it which is the worst part. But of course everything crappy comes from China. Maybe if we actually stopped purchasing stuff from companies that are in China that's what happened to us.

Horrible. Don’t waste your money

I ordered a clutch from Lucy Moon. It arrived 3 weeks later after the event, I needed it for. Returns are only made to China and you have to pay for the postage. I regret the purchase

I ordered a crossbody purse from their site that took over a week just to ship. When I received it, the quality of the material initially seemed okay and I liked how it looked but the loop that attached the shoulder strap to the body of the purse broke within 3 uses. I contacted Luxy Moon about either a refund or replacement but because it was over their 14 day return window they said they couldn't do anything about it. I contacted them 17 days after the delivery date, that's only THREE DAYS past their window. They didn't even reply to a second email I sent them. Now I'm out $80 and have a purse I can't even use.

Edit: I had wrote a similar review directly on their site along with a picture of the purse and they removed it. DO NOT trust this company or the reviews on their site. They clearly don’t stand by their own product.
