Perfect experience
I’ve been looking for a while to find the perfect mods for my GTI at a reasonable price and had no luck finding the right mods until I came across this company there mods are perfect and at a great price all the mods I was looking for were right there on there website, The Lxudcustomz website is very straightforward and easy to use and you can search for specific makes and models, everyone’s really helpful/friendly and have quick replies, the store had noticed I was buying a few GTI products and I accidentally purchased an item for a different spec, they then contacted me to confirm the product and they managed to change and fix it right away, if they hadn’t I would’ve been out of pocket without their first class customer service, would highly recommend them and I’ll definitely be buying from them again!

Outstanding Business Model
The website is easy to navigate, and the people there are lovely. After accidentally ordering the wrong LED lights only realising when they arrived I contacted LXD and they could’ve easy said no as it is in their policy that they do not refund for if you select the wrong item. They instead allowed me to send back my wrong item in exchange for the correct one! They have quick replies and are willing to help, I cannot recommend them enough!
