The worst customer service you can ever imagine impossible to reach them in spain and when they recharge for you 10 euros they take from it automatically 1-2 euros for opening a website then you have to recharge again its a nice scam to make you recharge twice a month for nothing

Once again Stephen is a star
Once again Stephen is a star. He seems to be the only person that works there as whenever I need to call (night and day) its always him that answers from the Phillipines.
He must work a lot of hours.
I suggest that Lycamobile could supply Stephen with a new bed, mattress, pillow and superman duvet set as he is always very super efficient and polite no matter how silly my problems are.
He could use a bed to get a rest in between my calls.
