I don't recommend. Only price is good so you get what you pay. Dealing with the company is a headache. Here in Poland they don't have customers skills , if they don't have answer they will just hang up on you . The Polish translations is terrible...so many Polish people everywhere...and they are so cheap they used Google translate or whatever...I have another phone with another cellphone provider as Lyca cannot be trusted you never know if service will work. I have been with them 3yrs already but I use it as a parked number .

Extremely poor customer service. Transfer of mobile number was not done despite online form completed. Then their customer service communicated useless reference numbers...They informed us Optus rejected the request of mobile number transfer (not believable), and didn't refund a yearly pre-paid plan... According to us, same tactics as scammers.

Scammers. I used the number for one month, after which the promotion was disabled because I paid with a blik. The money was never returned from my account. I waited three months, wrote everywhere, and still haven't received a response. Only empty promises to forward my request to the appropriate authorities. I strongly advise against this!

Purchased sim card in Poland to use it while on holiday. When I returned to UK sim card did not work.I contacted customer services and I was given some help that work only for a day.Because I could not use it while I was not in Poland my sim card was deactivated. I contacted customer services at least 10 times and no response. It is now nearly a year since I contacted them and it looks like they will just keep my money and I can throw the sim card in the bin.I requested refund or a transfer to my UK sim card but no response. I had no choice but to warn other customers to avoid this network.
After my review on Trustpilot Lycamobile contacted me requesting some info so they can help.I provided all necessary info and as before no reply, silence.

Misleading information and unusable service.
I was told number porting would take 2–3 days, so I bought a package. The number was ported within a few hours and the package became useless. Money lost.
International calls do not work, IVR systems do not recognize keypad input, and I cannot even reach Lycamobile’s own customer service hotline. The same calls work perfectly on a T-Mobile SIM.
Unreliable service and a complete waste of time. I do not recommend Lycamobile.

I am paying for services that are either not delivered at all or not delivered in full.
In the first case, I topped up my account with 10 EUR, but the credit was never added to my account.
In the second case, I bought a SIM card and topped up the account, but despite correct phone settings, I was unable to receive incoming calls. Technical support failed to resolve the issue.
Additionally, in a third case, money was deducted without my authorization, beyond what I agreed to at the time of purchase.
Based on these experiences, I can confidently describe my overall experience with LycaMobile as a scam.

I recently had a worst experience with the lyca customer care in Poland. I am asking for a simple issue I am not receiving OTP from Profee . I got reply that it's a premium service that they don't provide. Even OTP from banks also they don't provide it seems. Both the representative were in rush and hard tone to respond . Seriously didn't this after using lyca for more than 8 years in Poland.
