There is a 12-24 hour time delay in…
There is a 12-24 hour time delay in customer response. I would recommend hiring one customer service agent who can reply 24/7 to consumer issues, especially since this is supposed to be a concierge service for a high-end item. I was somehow subscribed to the $150 oxygen face spray and glide duo every two weeks and had issues turning it off. Now I have six boxes of the set, which I might eventually use by the time I’m 100.

6 months in. No improvement
Quite simply, it doesn't work. This is despite using exactly as instructed.
I am so ashamed and embarrassed that I was pursueaded by the false advertising. I Could have spent my money on so many worthwhile pursuits.
Please don't make the same mistake as me.

Great customer service
I had to return my laser which you promptly agreed to replace. Unfortunately DHL, FedEx, and Canada Customs all combined to make this a trying experience. Jennifer, from your concierge team, was wonderful throughout, keeping me informed as to what was happening, and being helpful and supportive. The laser did finally arrive yesterday, so I am relieved and pleased. You are lucky to have employees like Jennifer.
