I've ordered from this company a few…

I've ordered from this company a few times but I wouldn't again. Ordered a bale a few weeks ago with a 10 day dispatch time. Got in touch with the company when it reached 8 days to make sure they were still meeting that target as I need the stock. The person I spoke to was very rude, patronising and I didn't appreciate it at all. They're constantly sending out emails saying something has gone wrong and they want to get back to their unbelievable customer service etc etc to then send out another email a few weeks later stating the same thing because things still keep going wrong 🤷‍♀️. They're quite expensive compared to other wholesalers but I stuck with them as they're a family owned business but I'd never buy from them again.

Absolutely disgrace of a company placed an order on the 11th of December and it is still not here on the 22nd of January. My parcel says that have received it when I haven’t and when I try and contact the company they don’t get back to me or say there’s been a delayed due to Christmas and new year

flipped by lynch disappointment

I bought a flipped by lynch bale, less than 24hrs before my bale was to be sold on whatnot, i was informed that 'by mistake' the items from my bale were sold for lynch on what not. I hadca very high value bale so I wasn't surprised by their mistake. My disappointment was that although I was offered my money back on the bale. Lynch would not offer any type of compensation in relation to what I possibly lost as profit, even a small % discount off a future purchase.
They believed that offering me a full refund was 'enough compensation'.
Very disappointed with their lack of compassion especially as they 'pride' themselves as a family business. They do not consider their customers enough. I would not recommend for the flipped by lynch service.

Disappointing

Disappointing. Been ordering from them for around 6 months and both the quality of what has been sent and the service has deteriorated over time. My last box was 20 mixed branded coats grade A and B. All of the coats were low-tier brands with no real profit potential or low appeal such as fila and reebok. 1 coat was also missing and 3 were company branding despite the box being delayed for “not passing their quality check”. I then ordered another box and after 3 weeks of no update I emailed them just for them to abruptly cancel and refund the order leaving me over a month without stock or my money. Think they need to focus less on their live commerce service and more on what they build the brand on.

If I could give a zero I would.

Ordered 3 items from them at over £1500.

First 2 cheaper items came. Wasn't that impressed with selection or quality. Certainly not grade A as suggested.

3rd item was the most expensive at nearly £1000, called their mega box. Delivery time was suggested 10 days. After nearly 7 weeks of waiting and asking them numerous times when it would be delivered I asked for a full refund, which they then made me wait a further 7-10 days for.

So, be ware. Poor quality items and take your money for goods they don't have. Very poor service. Won't use again.

Ordered an ultra bale

Ordered an ultra bale, weeks went by and after numerous emails and numerous excuses from them as to why my order had not yet been dispatched I asked for my money back as we were already on 7 weeks of waiting. They stopped responding and I still had not received my order so I had no choice but to contact my bank. I feel scammed by this company . They still have my money which is close to £800. They pride themselves on so called transparency yet I could not get a clear answer in months off waiting. Avoid like the plague would be my advice.

Don't believe the hype ....

I've stupidly purchased from this company multiple times. Mostly due to the hype of their various boxes ( Premium Box, Summer Box, Summit Box etc etc)... I was naive and kept thinking the next box would be better because they really do big themselves up on social media as different, whereas infact they are very much among the worst. They are woefully inadequate at grading (expect rips, massive stains etc throughout 'grade A' even from Whatnot).. I've had washed and stain removed boxes that have had North Face down puffers destroyed by their washing process . However their worst trait is touting absolute junk as 'premium'. Someone needs to tell these people that Tommy Hilfiger is not premium and mostly sells for a pittance. They will charge you ( much) more per piece than you'll ever make back. The most disappointing purchase was the Premium Box at £16 an item. What was I thinking? Lots of Tommy ( see above ) but to twist the knife they also give you lots of the worst of the best. Think a North face puffer but make it a woman's size XS... A nascar jacket as the main grail item in your box ( but stained and ripped to shreds) it's always just one disappointment after another. Customer service are super passive aggressive. Don't fall for the hype. You'll regret it.

Premium service

Said I’d be back! I ordered the premium service box and made nearly £500 back which is nearly 50% profit that’s good going!!!. The stream was fun and entertaining definitely a unique experience. Iv booked in for two slots a month now. Thankyou lynch

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! i’ve ordered twice before from the guys at lynch. both times i’ve had an amazing experience. everything was graded as shown. i think when people order some of this stuff they don’t understand what grade A/B means the grade B items may be more premium in value but have slight stains. this is just the nature of vintage wholesale and you can’t expect to put minimum work in and receive biggest profits. all things said the guys over at lynch always try their best with amazing customer service and amazing grading. second to none work!

I was extremely disappointed with my…

I was extremely disappointed with my order as two tops had to be thrown away due to bleach stains on the top, another two had several stains on them surprised these also passed grading, most of the clothes had pet hair all over them and didn’t smell very good. I was not happy with my order and will not be using Lynch again. Contacted them to express my unhappiness and they didn’t even have the decency to reply.

ordered a baby bale and wasn’t overly happy,9/17 items had marks on them which i know is normal for 3-4 to have for wholesale but 9 is a stretch,also ordered for them to be washed and stain removed which about 5 of the items look so with all the other items completely creased and some unsaleable

Avoid

Avoid. Items arrive in terrible condition and nothing matches the quality claimed on their website. After multiple orders, both direct and through their Whatnot channels, it’s the same story every time — misrepresentation and poor quality. Other buyers report the same issues. No surprise they don’t have an active Google Reviews page.

Had a few deliveries from their whatnot…

Had a few deliveries from their whatnot accounts which were really good, then had a few with things which had little issues but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then got an item which was described as “flawless” and the zip was becoming when I received it! I wrote a review about it only for them to block me! Very poor customer service that and just makes them look bad as a company! Heard a lot of things about them to be fair so probably best that I’m blocked everyone else who I know are now avoiding them as well

Alot better value out there

Used Lynch a couple of times, from their website and off their WN platform. Whilst the wholesale side was ok, the quality of items from WN were just good enough for the bin. Rips and stains not mentioned. Would avoid, clearly a sinking ship.

I have ordered 4 times from lynch and each time has been very positive. I have contacted them through email ( me being impatient) and they replied very quickly. I have always received what I expected. My order of the 10kg bundles were great.

Lynch Bales

I’ve had a few different bales from Lynch and was highly delighted with the ones I received and how quickly they arrived 👍 I decided to give the Flipped by Lynch option a go. The staff kept me updated throughout the whole process with WhatsApp messages and videos of the unveiling of the bales. Courtney’s enthusiasm and energy throughout the live stream is infectious. She is a little grafter and goes above and beyond to try and get the best possible price for her client. I was so impressed I’ve bought some more bales to be flipped by Lynch 👍 Well done to all the background team for all their hard work in preparing my bales for the live stream. You’ve all done amazing thank you 👏👏👏

The only wholesaler I’ll ever use

I’d seriously ignore the reviews on here. They are from people who must clearly think they are buying brand new clothes or don’t know what a sealed at source bale is. I have tried most boxes from Lynch and can say they are the best wholesaler I’ve come across. Customer service is another level & I can tell they care about the good they’re bringing to the industry. The only wholesaler I’ll ever use.

I bought a £5 per kilo box A/B/C grade.

I bought a £5 per kilo box. It had 19 items- 8 of which either had company logos on,or were so badly damaged they are not re-sellable (faded,deep stains,bleach,paint etc). I’ve been selling for a long time and I expected some grade C, as it was a box of A/B/C. But I had no grade A. And seven the B were on the edge of being C!!!
I won’t bother to go to the company as they don’t give refunds,so I shall go through my c/card company to try and get a refund. Waste of time & money. It’s tat that I now have to bin.
