Rude, misleading, thieves.
DO NOT USE! Everything is designed to make it look like a standard webstore, even advertising their amazon webfront. DO NOT BE FOOLED.
They state an estimated delivery date, but they will not send it out, they do not show if something is not in stock and when questioned they will just say "This is a B2B contract, not subject by the Consumer Contracts Regulations, look at our T&Cs" but it won't be put as nicely as that. They are complete criminals that operate within the confines of the law and I believe have designed so on purpose. They will take your money straight away but will not give it back under any circumstances.
I now have to just wait out the 30days period and even then I feel they won't.
DO NOT ORDER - Any previous "customers" feel like looking into a potential lawful action against this corrupt and misleading company I would be very much interested in talking to you.
Bad experience
Ordered some disco lights for a party on 12/01/16. Over a month later they still hadn't arrived. Called the company on 17/02/16 to cancel order as party has been and gone. Unable to cancel order but item still not in stock. Advised as this is a wholesale business I have no consumer rights.
It was not clear when I ordered that the lights were out of stock. If I had known this I would not have ordered.
I will not be using this company again.
45 Days later and NO Goods.
Placed order worth £159 on 14/12/15
Chased the order numerous times using email and phone number 0872 388 388 1 which is a premium number so you get charged for it whilst it rings and doesnt get answered.
Never any reply or answer until 18th Jan when I threaten to reverse the Visa Payment.
The reply was - this would lead to further charges, I Suggest you refer to the T&C's
No mention of my order or where my goods was, just a reaction to them possibly loosing money.
Today on 02/02/16 having left it a good 45 days since ordering, I have decided to pull the plug on the order and have rang the back and they agree that within 48 Hours I will have the money back and can reorder from another supplier.
My Advice, do not use this company.
Always stick with Ebay or Amazon where you can get money back if goods not signed for within a resonable time.
I have spent over 1 hour dealing with this today and 2 mins on this Review.
Now, back to business.

This company should NOT be in business.
They are totally negative and impossible to do business with.
Worst of all, when I asked for a refund because of a long delay in sending order (Up to 30 days) I was subject to all sorts of email abuse. I was told that the terms only applied to express delivery and would not tell me when my good would arrive (Not even confirming the 30 day possible delivery time)
They also said the express delivery option had been removed as they are too busy to provide this!!
When I disagreed with them (I did not take notice of the warning on the web site, which was my mistake..in many ways!!) their response was to tell me in large letters that I was blind and then showed me a screen shot of the message with the title of blind-tw.t!

1 set of metalic scouring pads
1 Phillips adapter
2 100 watt spot light bulbs
2 different types of plug fitting
1 phone cable
1 set of allen keys as the low, low price of 20 pence
10 grip clips
and finally a dented Winnie the Pooh money tin.
Basically a load of tat from a pound shop.
Luckily I am not far from Doncaster where they operate so if I need to go and find them personally, I can do.

I ordered a purchase on the 29/05/2015 and unfortunately still haven't received it yet. I called customer service first to ask for an update about my order, there was no reply. The line is not responding at all. I also contacted them via e-mail and shortly after received a very rude reply saying that I should refer to their Terms & Conditions on the website and the goods will be delivered within the 30 days of purchase plus they are not in the breach of contract. They also warned me about the charge back procedure again with a rude attitude. If I make any charge back with my bank provider at this stage, they told me that I was in the breach of their contract and they would charge me for further expenses. Also after this unpleasant reply, I tried to login to their website to check about my order and it turns out that they deleted my records or I was not able to login at all. My account and order didn't exist at all. Besides they are not offering any return or cancellation under their Terms & Conditions policy which is conflicting with consumer rights in UK. Overall they provide a very poor and unreliable service with an appalling attitude towards customers compare to other online service providers. I don't think that it is the way to conduct an ethical business like this online. At the end of the day this is a very simple purchase plus a transaction made online which shouldn't be painful or difficult for any customer. Unfortunately this has been a very unpleasant customer experience for me and I feel that I have been very much mistreated here.
If they don't deliver my order within the 30 days of purchase, I will make sure to report them to the Trading Standards and Citizens Advise Bureau plus other authorities, because at that stage they will be in the breach of consumer rights. I wish this didn't happen in the first place for such a small order like this. At this stage my simple advise would be not to use their services to avoid similar issues like this and such an inefficient service.

i run a company for sound and lighting every thing i have bought from ukwholesale as always been good and shipped with in a week if it was in stock if not it would take a bit longer but thats what happens i will use them again and i have passed there details on to a lot of my customers that will use them.

If you listen to one thing here, its do not order from this company. Be aware they are also on amazon. Items in stock are not delivered quickly and you get the run around. Bear in mind the director is only 20 years old and boy does it show.
Clever terms and conditions and only selling to businesses are in place so you cannot cancel or get a refund. They actually say they operate a 5% faulty window so if 5% or less of your goods dont work then sorry. Really if you have a business can you afford to make Your customers wait 30 days for their items? Make sure you google them and check out some of the terrible reviews. This is my second review as they complained about the first. I pointed out that another review on here from one of their customers was in fact placed by their husband and shareholder of the company. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME !
I got what I ordered and soon
After ordering a job lot of same items I received the items in about a week. Ordering process and payment went smoothly and the items I received were as described.
Be very careful
After 2 weeks since placing my order, I'd received no information on progress. I contacted them numerous times via email with no response. I called their number numerous times and nobody answers the phone.
I then informed them I would be charging the transaction back through my bank and that they should cancel the transaction, and within minutes I received this email reply:
"But this charge back will be defended and not authorised as this is a legal contract, and we do not offer any order cancellations or provide any refunds. have a nice day"
Still no response on whether I would ever get my order, so I asked them once again if I'd be receiving my order and got this email reply:
"You do not have any 14 days, This is a B2B contract sale and the selling regs does not apply to this order. We never reply to any message asking for updates, the terms of sale are very clear. We only respond to such messages if we do not deliver the goods as set out in the terms and conditions!"
UK law allows a customer to cancel a distance selling purchase within 14 days. They say they only sell the businesses, regardless of who you are, and explicitly disregard cancellations. It is now over 3 weeks since placing my order and I still have not received it.
The company has sworn at me numerous times in emails when I have attempted to cancel the order. I unfortunately couldn't wait this long for a simple product and had to buy it elsewhere, however they refuse to cancel the order and it also doesn't look like I will ever receive it.
Slow service, rude seller, NO refunds, NO cancellations.

I order an item that took a long time to arrive, when it did arrive it was the wrong product. I contacted UKWHOLESALE and advised them that they send the wrong item and they told me to read their terms and conditions which state they can send a substitute if they are out of stock.
The product they send as a substitute does not do what the original product does. I contacted the company a number of times and they would budge and effectively told me to get stuffed!

On 4th July we ordered some lamp socket converters - on the website they were marked as being in stock and for immediate dispatch.
Half an hour later, I was asked to get some more. The telephone number provided wasn't answered, so I emailed and asked if we could increase our order.
I got a very snotty reply back saying that it was too late once the order had been accepted and that I would need to order again through the website and pay another delivery charge. The whole attitude and tone of the email exchange was such that I declined to do this and got the extra goods from another source.
The original goods I ordered have only just turned up - a month later!
