I have had dealings with a number of solicitors in my life. Lyon Bowe are without any doubt head and shoulders better than any previous ones.
Their method of assigning a specific team member who is easily contactable for each stage of the process has worked perfectly. Each of the individual staff members we have worked with have been an absolute credit ti the company.
I would use the company again in a heartbeat. I recommend Lyon Bowe without reservation.

Lily Beckett, Anna Kelly and Zoe Spencer were communicative, answering our questions and explaining the process and results of reports. Buying and selling a house.

Wouldn't recommend. The only positives are that they were quite cheap, the completion team were quick, and I like the insurance policy payment. Apart from that, rubbish service from Kerryanne, got info wrong in emails so don't have much trust in the legal service provided, didn't answer questions readily, long waits for responses, could never get through on the phone unless I kicked up a fuss, sent direct quotes from my private emails on to the sellers solicitors, etc. If we had had time to pull out and use a different solicitor, we would have.

Although we had some kerfuffle with the on-line interactions to "onboard", support from LB that started slowly improved rapidly and this phase was achieved in a fortnight. (New technology after our last move twenty years ago.)

We used Lyons Bowe Solicitors as part of the Will Aid scheme and they were brilliant. They were really caring and easy to deal with especially with such sensitive matters. Everything was clear and communication was great. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks in particular to Lauren who guided us through the process.
