Lyte steal $750 from me. I called to cancel my tickets 3 months before the event and they refused to refund my money. I did not even have the tickets with me.

Lyte- platform & people are amazing!

Lyte-this platform and the people running the messaging team and customer service support was absolutely amazing. Our tickets were canceled because of my card and we missed the two hour window. Find a phone number to call them so I use the messaging platform and they responded back within minutes. we continue to email back-and-forth. It was resolved and luckily they were able to give us another opportunity to get the tickets!
I was really prepared for a frustrating robot or a dead end answer. So pleasantly surprised about this platform and the Lyte team.

Great Customer Service!

Jazz responded to my email within 24 hours and answered my question/request very clearly and concise. I wanted to upgrade my GA Sol Blume ticket to a VIP ticket and they were able to assist me with that very easily. They were a big help.

Had an issue with booking tickets and emailed in expecting a slow reply and possibly a “deal with it” reply, I was pleasantly surprised, got an email back from Jazz within the hour and she sorted my issue out, I don’t normally write reviews but if you see this Jazz, I appreciate you.
