Don’t expect to get paid on time. Their guarantee that they pay the first business day after a concert is false. They don’t have active customer support personnel so you may get a response 3 days later. I returned tickets months ago and they keep your funds as an interest-fee loan for themselves which is how the generate additional profit for themselves. Would recommend getting tickets through Ticketmaster or working with another 3rd party that pays you then and there.
