Lytmi Fantasy 3 Backlight defect after 7 months. STAY AWAY!!!!!
Extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a Lytmi Fantasy 3 TV Backlight directly from the seller’s online store and after about 7 months of normal use the product failed completely.
I documented the defect with photos and video evidence and contacted customer support twice, clearly requesting a warranty replacement or refund. Despite providing all necessary proof, I received NO RESPONSE AT ALL!
Even after escalation attempts through my payment provider and the European Consumer Centre, I was left without any support or resolution.
A product failing within the warranty period is already bad, but complete silence from support is unacceptable. This level of after-sales service is UNPROFESSIONAL and leaves the customer completely stranded. STAY AWAY from this company!!!
