The hair came within the time it should, the quality is good no shedding of the hair great density and the packaging was great

I wish this company had other avenues for customer support. I sent a WhatsApp message and there has been no reply. I sent several emails and “Kate” said it’s processing but that was a while ago. I still have not received any shipment information for my order: 16601774585
I think it’s ridiculous to take 2-3 week before shipping out peoples orders. I am disappointed with the customer service and lack of communication.

I’m so happy with my purchase, I honestly believe it’s one of my best purchases ever!

I ordered 3 bundles of crochet hair for my daughter April 17th I emailed about my order on the 28th and was told there is 2-3 week processing for new arrivals. Today is May 4th and it’s still processing. Processing 3 bundles for 3 weeks is ridiculous and this doesn’t include the shipping time. If I would have known this before I would not have placed an order. Instead of putting this bit of information up top with the shipping information or in the more info section it’s further down under details. I don’t even need the hair anymore my daughter event has come and gone. I will never order from Isee again. Cancel order is requested.

After final using the wig, I now see this is the worst wig I’ve ever bought. I tried to handle the matter with the company privately and they were very unhelpful. So disappointing. Do not buy

I am absolutely in love with this hair! From the moment I unboxed it, I could feel the quality — incredibly soft, no chemical smell, and the texture is spot on. The kinky straight pattern looks so natural and blends beautifully to my natural hair, which was my goal – yay!

The density is perfect — full and luxurious without being overly bulky. True to the listed length, which I really appreciate because that's not always a given. But what truly sets this piece apart for me is the cap construction. I'm currently on a hairline recovery journey, and this cap fits in a way that protects my edges while still giving me a seamless, natural look. It sits comfortably and doesn't put tension on my hairline at all, which is exactly what I need right now.

This is hands down one of the best hair purchases I've made. Will definitely be ordering again!

ISEE hair is amazing! This is my second purchase. I have purchased 3 wigs from them so far and I’m enjoying them immensely. The wigs are exactly how the described it. My favorite is the M-cap styles. They are very soft and natural looking. Cannot wait to purchase from ISEE hair again and would love to collaborate with them soon.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ISEEHAIR. I placed an order for the Burmese Curly Braid Trend Hair over 7 days ago and paid over $200. My order is still showing as “processing,” and I have not received any tracking information or updates.

For a purchase at this price point, I expected much better communication and faster handling. The lack of transparency is unacceptable. At this point, I need either immediate shipment with tracking details or a full refund.

If this is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to dispute the charge with my bank. I hope the company addresses this promptly.

The hair came in 1 week from the us to Europe. I paid a low price but received high quality. I will be buying again!

I took a chance ordering with ISEE hair recently.. I like to go to the shop and try a wig on before I buy it but I do not regret taking this chance! I initially bought a yaki straight wig which arrived four days after I ordered it! I was impressed with the presentation, packaging, the added extras, THE WIG (of course). I bought another one shortly after. I will recommend ISEE hair to friends and family for sure. I have had so many compliments on both the wigs I have. People think it’s my natural hair!

I ordered a product on April 16 and for some reason it's still processing. I sent THREE emails and one DM on IG and no response. Such a waste of time and money

Honestly, this is the first hair company ever for me to actually respond to my concerns and questions within a timely manner. My biggest thing was my hair not coming in time for my birthday and she reassured me that it quality and patience over a rush service which I totally understand. The quality of hair is wonderful! The staff is amazing! They respond back in a timely fashion, very helpful and professional. The shipping service is fast and reliable! They follow directions, packages are always left in front of my apartment door, not inside of the lobby! I can honestly say I’ve found my favorite hair company!

UNDOUBTEDLY, the worst wig i’ve ever purchased. The wig as advertised, was NOT what I received. A COMPLETE SCAM. This wig does not have a density of 250%, AND I WAS CHARGED FOR IT. THE SHEDDING IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. The smell is ALSO unbearable. A toxic smell as if the hair has been penetrated with chemicals and/or sitting in a warehouse for years. I feel as if i’m breathing in so many harmful chemicals. TRULY UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
