Two weeks ago, I left a review for I see Hair on Trustpilot. They responded saying the hair couldn’t be returned because it was used. Then, after I posted on their Instagram, they reached out privately, which I have screenshots of offering to exchange the hair as a one-time exception since I’m a longtime customer.
Since then? Silence. No follow-up, no return label, no updates, nothing. This just confirms the lack of customer service. If you receive poor-quality hair, don’t expect a resolution. They won’t respond, they won’t refund you, and they won’t work with you. And that’s not a business worth supporting.

I purchased the 9x6 with bangs and it WAS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. It came super boneless, the bang wasn't even a bang it was just horrible just a mess. I always order my wigs from this company, usually just half wigs and never have a problem. Lesson learned, stick to what I know.. False advertisement for sure. You guys definitely got me, but never again.. So if you were thinking of getting this wig 10 out of 10 don't recommend, especially if you think it's going to look like the picture

Every unit I’ve received has been great quality. You can dye it, swim in it, and I love they are clueless so I can take it off at night and let my scalp breath. These units save me thousands since I no longer need a salon visit for a nice hairstyle. I love Isee wig hair.

You literally prevent bad reviews on your website! You dismissed and ignored me after asking for photos which I provided when I asked for an exchange. The hair I sort to exchange for a closure was in its original packaging untouched. You gave me a run around and ignored me. By the way, the frontal/closure bald after 2 months no matter how well you take care/recommended products you use. Matting start after one wash!

The influencers are LYING!!!!!!!!!! i received my hair April 1st? my install was April 11th. i washed my hair for the first time today and the lace is now bald. the lace is synthetic and the hair in the back feels completely different. i’m so upset my second install is April 18th and i paid so much for this hair listening to the influencers. this is disappointing!!! not only that it gets nappy as hell. this is not good hair and for what i paid. for it is disturbing. i haven’t had this hair a month and it looks a damn mess! & Jessie tried to say i had this hair a month! Jessie miss me FULL REFUND! The hair is FAKE & i have pictures & videos! That trash hair was not 100% human i put fire to it. i wish i could post the video ill post it on isee website! Jessie knows my order number we have plenty emails!!!!! ask him/her worst customer service ever!!!!!!

I ordered this week because I saw a young lady wearing it, and I truly thought it was her natural hair. It looked beautiful on her. We end up exchanging phone numbers and she shared the link. I ordered it and initially I felt the hair had a lot of volume and it just didn’t fit my small frame face. I emailed Jesse with my complaints and they helped me walk through the proper cure for my wig and I am in love with it. It’s so beautiful. It’s so soft no tangle all day and it fits me so perfectly. The customer service was amazing so understanding and so patient with me. I would definitely be an ongoing customer so satisfied. 🥰🥰

Lace not melting, hair falling with touch very bad quality
I bought a hair with them for the first use hair was already falling, I sent pictures and videos to them showing that , a 300$ Canadian dollars hair. They just declined it , I was unable to leave a review on their website. Because the do not want you to leave review about the bad quality since they have a lot of influences saying how good is the hair.

I ordered human crochet hair on March 25th 2026 . I never received my order. I have emailed Kate several times. She responded saying the order is being processed. Still no hair. I just received an email on April 16th saying they don't have my color, would I accept a different color? Absolutely not!
I will absolutely NEVER, EVER order from this company again. If you are thinking about it, dont! RUN! I am about to seek legal action.

I should have read more than the first…
I should have read more than the first 10 reviews. 77 percent of negative reviews and comments. I placed an order on April 1st 2026. The website said 7 to 10 days. I have yet to receive any type of correspondence or tracking information. Thank God my sister has attorney friends. They can help with what to do next if I have been scammed out my money. I will never order hair from a site I’ve never ordered from. Most of your positive reviews are from non Americans. Number 1 red flag. You learn every day how people are out to get you.
