Great customer service to start with and the best delivery company for airguns in the country I wouldn’t go anywhere else I have tried others and it’s to much hard work pellpax are the boys

I ordered a an Air rifle scopes and bag it was really easy i got up to date emails when the delivery was going to be dilivery was there on time has i had to come out of work i get up to date emails on offers they have will definitely be ordering from you again

Always had good service when buying an item. Showing an item for sale when not available scores low in my estimation but always a good selection to choose from.

I’ve ordered from pellpax multiple times now and they have been nothing more than professional. The deliveries are always fast. The communication is one of the strongest points, everything is so transparent

I started out a few months ago with air rifles and ordered a scope, pellets, rest bag and targets. I had a phone call the next day stating they couldn't fulfil my scope order, but offered without hesitation to upgrade my scope to a slightly more expensive and better scope FOC and was sent out that very same day. I never write reviews but I was impressed by this shop and service, I have bought more stuff since then and brilliant service all round. 10/10 would buy from pellpax.

I always buy my air guns from Pellpax never had a bad experience. They keep you up to date with delivery times etc and the website is very easy to use. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the service they provide.

I have been using Pellpax for many years both in-store and delivery. They have always given me excellent service. I have just purchased a rifle from them and when I go to collect it hopefully I'll be leaving with 2.

I've placed a few orders with Pellpax this year and every one of them have gone flawlessly, even with larger orders of several items. Pellpax offer the same amount of care to smaller orders and I feel kept informed at each stage with respect to delivery dates. They've even grouped together bolt-on orders for convenience. Delivery times are accurate and the driver's progress is displayed accurately. I've never had a bad experience with Pellpax.

Pellpax over the years if ordered parts and airguns have always dealt with me quickly and I've never had any issues with them.
