Brought my first pcp from pellpax less than a year ago was a kral puncher maxi absolutely brilliant gun for the money couldn't fault the service the delivery driver was polite and even rang me when he was nearly at mine as I was at work so I could get back great company great customer service well done 👏

This was my second purchase from Pellpax, the first being just accessories so normal postage. This time it was an Airgun so had to be a “face to face” purchase which involves a Pellpax employee delivering to one’s doorstep (at a very reasonable and competitive cost of £20). Marvellous service from initial purchase via excellent website to personal delivery from their lovely and professional employee Tim. 10/10 for this company I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

As a complete beginner to types of air rifles, scopes, ammunition & accessories I found the dedicated advice phone line and Pellpax phone operator very helpful.
Using their safe and simple procedure for payment over the phone was easy and the excellent delivery service meant I didn’t have to travel to purchase my air gun and equipment. Using the helpful and explanatory website I was able to purchase my rifle and the 12 month warranty was an added bonus.
