Pocket option is a great cheater platform. They blocked my account with $1400 balance. I have contacted saveral time of support team to unblock my account and return my money but they din't reply. Thats why beware of this broker.My trading id is - 94651775 so I am requesting Pocket option to refund my $1400 in to my account and unblock my id as soon as possible.

Yes, they are scamming people of their money by using lure-the-catch technique.

Everything is arranged in such a way as to drain your deposit, the task of all "helpers" is one - to drain your deposit. 13 minuses in a row are very difficult to forgive, not worth the money and time, since the task of the platform is to suck out all your salary and drive you into debt and loans. That's for sure, on YouTube bloggers get a percentage of the drain of your deposit and other managers, this is a fraudulent "broker" - in fact, a scammer. I checked it on myself. There are more chances to win in a casino - worse than casino 100%. After linking a bank card, they tried to steal from my card 3,000$. Dont trust Binary Options, only licensed companies!

I've tried all possible options and strategies, bots and analitics. Pocket option is always a loss. It's being manipulated. AI trading that they offer is a scam (you will lose your bets) , signals that they offer is a scam (they are fake and you will loose your money), "best traders" chart is a scam if you copy their trades,- you will loose all your balance. They have an army of YouTubers doing trading on line to get more people in, with them you will always loose your money. If you can pay out your money? Yes you can, in crypto, but you will never get to this point. Stay alert and stay away from this webpage!

Time consuming, frustrating scammers who rob your money

Useless company, I registered with an account and topped up using an old card that I lost, I did have the card and was in date previously, couldn’t withdraw without the card that I lost so I made a new account with my working card so I could take my money out, but they couldn’t validate my account with a driver’s license even though they had previously, they need some thing with my name address and photo on it…. Sounds like a driving license to me, I would steer clear of this one at all costs the support team can take up to 6 hours to reply so I’m surprised it’s only taken 3 days to get this far to find out I cannot use the site, then they tell me I can deposit but won’t be able to withdraw it, really ?!

I cannot say bad thing but positive been with them over year, great customer, response on time, faster withdrawal. Definitely will recommend
Am not sure why what other traders here given bad reviews lol. Maybe you guys lost your money on trades and take frustrations from company itself

Pocket Options is a complete scam. Here’s what happened: I had ₹44,000 in my account before it was blocked. Over the course of two weeks, I deposited ₹34,870, bringing my balance up. I didn’t make any withdrawals, and I didn’t lose money. But now, they’re claiming they’ll only refund ₹4,870 — the amount of my last deposit. How does that make any sense?

Their support team is useless, and the refund process is a joke. They say it’ll take 30-60 business days for a refund, which is insane for something that should be simple. I never withdrew a penny, and now they’re trying to rob me by only returning a small part of my deposit.

If they don’t refund my full ₹34,870, I’ll make sure to expose this entire scam on every platform — YouTube, social media, whatever it takes. This isn’t just bad customer service; it’s outright fraud. Stay away from Pocket Options if you don’t want to lose your money.

This platform is fraud last 1 second every trade is lost i lost lot of amount for this platform. I don't recommend this platform

Scam they take your money and even if you make money on their site they just keep rejecting my card details for making payment !! Its ok to take money from my card but you cant release funds back to it ??? I have been trying to resolve this issue multiple times over multiple months and still no joy !! Stay away from these scammers

This company is highly unprofessional . I have been following up with them for withdrawal from past one month, but no action so far. Initially, they told me that i will get all my money within 30 days. However, they did not refund my full amount and continously asked for my bank statements for different period for investigation. I have already shared whatever they have requested for over a chat, however, they are still asking for the same again. Clearly, they are not looking at previous chat communication. Even after multiple requests for discussion over a call, they did not contact me and ignored all my requests shamelessly. Moreover, chat with support team is not real time and they take their own sweet time to respond to your queries . Do not waste your time and money here.

I cannot perform withdrawal & ended up my account was wiped out from a Copy trade by Mr Golden. The credit card issued by the bank just failed to get authenticated & more & more supporting documents will be requested upon every document provided.

Very easy to deposit good luck trading and if you by some merical make money good luck on withdrawing your money, it's a scam.

Pocket option makes you believe that your strategy works until they wipe out your account. Stay away to this platform. This is a gambling in form of trading. Rigged and manipulated the OTC.

Now my withdrawal options is working I don't know why before it wasn't working I will really appreciate if support agent can explain me why the withdrawal wasn't working suddenly now is working also what is the minimum amount for withdrawal on pocket option broker?

Pocket Option is the worst and scam broker. Even after all the verification my $200 withdrawal is declined twice in a week.

I believe pocket option are manipulating people strategies. They are in control even if you analyze the market perfectly. They change the direction to their favor.. I lose 43,000$. Without a single win… is that possible as a trader, trading for almost 5-6 in Forex market. I want you to take action. Because pocket option is fraud and they’re affecting the forex market.
