When I enter to this trading platform witch is the Pocket Option and try to play the demo account, Its easy to play but something is not right. When they trase it that you got it easyly to play the demo account. They will send a pop up email, that saying your a fast learner and they will push you to deposit now, at first I decline then continue to play with demo. Then after a couple win again they send again a same email that saying your very good and keep on pushing me to deposit again. Then there is a chat room that all traider can message and can do conversation. almost are complane about can't withdraw,lost profit, some is, they get there profit and saying some essue to the traider just to make some alibay or reason to get the profit of the player. And specially to verify your account some is not complete or not totally safe.like no documents verification,no OTP. that's why I delete my account and not to push to deposit and play any more. Because I do some research first before I totally delete my account. Please make some research first and don't try to invest here.

Where do I begin? Pocket Option used to not to be bad. Withdrawals were somewhat quick, and they were usually pretty transparent. That has all changed. A couple weeks ago, I used an Expert Advisor on their MT5 platform. I knew they didn't allow bots on their quick trading platform, but since all regulated and unregulated brokers allow EAs I didn't think twice about Pocket Option not allowing them. I flipped a 50$ account to $1500 and tried withdrawing $500. After waiting almost 6 days for withdrawal notification, they tell me I have to take a selfie with a piece of paper saying "pocketoption.com" on it with the date and my signature and also me holding my ID. I quickly complied. Once that was verified, I get a notification about 4 hours after I re-submitted my withdrawal for $500 stating they took ALL of my profits and put my account back to $50. Folks, no legitimate broker can do that. As long as your EA does not use methods of cheating such as latency arbitrage, all STP and ECN brokers make money when you trade. But, instead of warning me not to use an EA anymore and letting me keep my profits, they took every last penny I earned. Obviously, Pocket Option only makes money when you lose which I think everyone who trades binary options understands that. On top of this, when I went to utilize the copy trade feature, it was unavailable to me AGAIN without any sort of reason why. The first time it was unavailable, I emailed support and they told me it was an issue and allowed my account to copy trade again. However, after they took all my profits from my MT5 EA, I see I was once again blocked and this time when I emailed them they said the following:

"Dear Justin,
According to the Public Offer Agreement's clause 2.14 this feature is not available for your account. We do not provide more detailed information on that. The Company reserves the right to limit the availability of offered features and services, and motivation benefits at its own discretion."

Folks, here is the reality with Pocket Option. Your funds are never secure and can be taken away without notice according to their rules. Pocket Option's main revenue comes from traders losing on their platform and not winning. And lastly, if you start making money by copying the trades of other traders, they could and will most likely will cut you off without warning to ensure they keep making a profit. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS. Learn to trade Forex with a regulated or reputable STP or ECN broker where your funds are safe and expert advisors are allowed. I promise you, you will be better off!

Withdrawals processed even 14 days, even crypto withdrawals, terrible !

Scam scam scam

I am am experienced trader and this platform appears different on two separate devices. It lags and has traded my entire balance 5 times. I am not exaggerating. This is a total scam. Customer service is awful, they simply want to take your hard earned money. I tried to trade with 25 euro and it changed to 250. I wrote to them and they told me "you need to confirm the trade amount" ... I did, and it changed. 5 times. I have had 1300 euro taken from me and every video you see about trading strategies is completely fabricated. DO NOT USE THIS PLATFORM IT IS A SCAM

I now have no doubt at all that this thing is rigged. When I use one strategy and make a profit, the algorithm or AI or whatever the hell they are using to rip us off, adjusts to suit. I bought and sold at the same time just to prove the point and this thing went from high, to low and then bounced in between the two points until I lost both trades, then skyrocketed the second after I lost them. Analyze all you want, research all you want, the rip-off is still guaranteed and this is just one of the ways it screws you over. What bothers me the most isn't the money, but the time invested and wasted on it. If you're reading this take my advice...find another way to invest time to make money, because this is just ridiculous.

Very bad experience I inverted many times and with draw also but when I withdraw above 50 dollars they didn't give you money back I don't know why but I took money many times but that money less than 30 dollars

First bad experience was the deposit of my friend which showed an initial balance that was hundreds of dollars less than I had actually deposited. After about a year we saw that balance had become negative. When I asked why they said they had started charging me fees after about six months. No explanation as to why. No record on my account of these fees anywhere. And also no forewarning of these fees when I opened the account . Stay away from these thieves.

A scam site. The trade takes 5 seconds completely out of reach when you make a profit. I bought 50 dollars and it was 450 dollars with a 5-second trade. He did not give my money and said that I should have 10,000 dollars turnover. They say I used the ligament. They don't give money, they just buy money. Do not join the scam site at all
