Avoid. Disgusting customer service promising to help then ignore you. Receive returned items then never get money back

Orderd a few times recieved all items not too long delivery either 👍 cute fun items cheap as chips..u pay for what u get will be ordering again in the future

Terrible customer service, needed to return unwanted items, somehow I deleted my account by accident, and although they have all my details and past purchases, refusing my returns, you can’t speak directly to a human, your responses from them is a robot.
Nightmare company, stay well clear, clothes overpriced rubbish, customer service is nonexistent.

Sick of offers that when get to checkout massively increase just state price stop pretending to give bonus

I returned an item on 2nd December and they received it on the 6th. I am still waiting for a refund. I contacted them on 17th December and they said they were waiting for verification from the warehouse and I should wait 5-10 working days. I contacted again today 2nd January 2025 and they said they were waiting for verification from the warehouse and I should wait 5-10 working days. Exactly the same response!! This company do not refund and there is no satisfactory customer service. Do not use them!!!

I placed an order on the 11th December and still haven't received it.

That's 22 days!
No communication
You can't contact anyone!
And the order is over £200!
They send one thing from your order I think so it seems they have completed the order
Most of it I will have to send back because it was for Christmas table....
I have no use for now
I placed an order before that and that was over 3 weeks! And another couple of hundred pond
I won't be ordering again it's a joke

I ordered clothes on the 3rd December,(still waiting) I was staying at a friend's hotel in penrith, England on the 28th I came home to Northern Ireland. They tell me they cannot deliver to Northern Ireland. So sick of this company never will use them again

I ordered a large number of clothes from this company and decided to return some of the items while keeping others. However, I did not receive a full refund for the returned items, which was disappointing. I followed the return process as instructed, so this experience has left me questioning the company’s reliability. I would advise caution when ordering from them.

Very poor ordered things for wife for Christmas last week in November and re I've a message they will be delivered Monday 30th Dec waste of time and money a d all they do is push to buy more ? I won't buy nothing again

Absolute false adverts ,will never use this company again , ordered media package for podcasting, for Grandaughter for Christmas, got a microphone, problem problems problems all the way from delivery to product miss information, don’t know how their trading it’s a scam on a massive scale please do not use this company

Hi there, I am contacting as I have not received my order I was at work don’t know where the driver has delivered my parcel can I request refund please. I checked the neighbourhood as well. I am not happy with this service. Kind regards

I think shein and other Chinese companies are carefully organised scams. videos showing on there website are great but when the things arrive,completely awful quality. ordered two ladies jackets has no lining inside just sewn cloth together,very uncomfortable to wear.they know it is almost impossible to return and get refund. buy carefully I wouldn't spend more than ten pound to be on safe side. good reviews are not always trustworthy. I will pay more on amazon prime than cheaper with them.

Bought 22 items for £114 great value for money, great products and service. Sent a couple of items back as they were too big but within days I got my refund. I saw a jumper sold elsewhere and was £22 more expensive than Shein it was exactly the same. Their clothes are so pretty!!

I thougth I'm the first one to lost my money with this fake store. Most of the reviews were negative and I am adding my negative rivew today.
I paid for my order and after 3 weeks waiting nothing arrived to my address, What I got just a partial refund. Fake trucking numbers, fake trucking history.
Terrible customer service. If you decided to buy from them be prepared to lose your money with fake company.

I return my last order and got a printed label from shein and no refund , no support and no answer nothing !!
Terrible !! I have been a customer for a while but really feel there is no one when you need support !!!

I am also impressed by how quickly my orders arrive.

Previous experiences have been ok, but this last one is awful!!

Ordered some items for a black tie event with delivery for 8th-10th November. The event is on the 17th November. Some of the items turned up by the 10th. The rest I just kept getting messages about delays. Then today (16th November) I get an email to say the rest of the items will be delivered today between 7pm and 9pm ... great, so I didn't go out and get something else. At 8:33pm I get an email to say the driver won't be delivering today now and will aim to deliver tomorrow. I leave at 7:30am to get to the event!!! And I can't speak to anyone here or at the delivery company (they've had a separate, equally frustrated review).

I know things go wrong but no-one cares about trying to put it right. Had it not been for the email today saying it would be delivered I would have sorted another option. Now I'm stuck and a lousy 50 points on my account is an insult

I have bought loads of Shein, all my purchases have been great, always arrives before they say it will, good quality too, cant fault them at all,
