Terrible garage service appalling salesman very arrogant and rude to the point I decided not to buy a vehicle I was really interested in.

Been having my Subaru Foresters serviced at their Service Centre in Swindon for years now. They go well beyond the norm when dealing with people. Could almost say it’s a delight when having to go for MOT or routine services. Well done all of you there.

Great customer service and after sales support.

A genuine company to do business with.

Sales team were very kind, polite and most importantly thier patience was greatly appreciated.

We saw a Ford Ranger, coming soon, on autotrader at an excellent price and rang and to see if it had arrived and was delighted to hear that it had. So there was no mistake we sent them the registration showing on the website and was told by the owner that it had arrived and they had just waked around it and it was in excellent condition.
We left Weymouth and travelled to Swindon ready to pay then and there
.
When we arrived we were shown a totally different high mileage white vehicle. When I asked to see the new silver arrival I was told it had been sold over 2 weeks ago.
No wonder, low mileage, vat paid, and 12 months warranty and finally an excellent price.
The salesman then tried to sell us a different vehicle saying that the price was the same once we had reclaimed the vat back. Not true. Yes you can reclaim the vat if you are vat registered but have to pay vat when you sell the vehicle in the future.

This left us feeling that we had been deliberately taken advantage of.

I’ll leave the reader to decide as to whether the cheap advert had ever been genuine or not. I have my own opinion.

Subsequent to my review I have seen the reply from M4Van Sales.
The text messages from them did not mention video walk around. More importantly, the offending advert for YM19 XPA is still live.

Love M4 Vans! Bought our new company vehicle for Union Hydraulics Limited from Lee in sales. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the van was clean & ready from my collection. We had a slight problem after our sale but that was quickly resolved by David B in service who arrange for it to be fixed quickly & efficiently. Will definitely be back in a few years when a new van is needed.

Best experience to date in terms of buying a minibus. Jeremy in particular was very professional & prompt. Also, got a fair price with part exchange.
