I can tell these guys are a small shop (in a good way)! I ordered a part and had it shipped to my work address. The same day I ordered, I got a call from someone there making sure it wasn't a fraudulent order (My billing and shipping addresses are in different cities). I had a friendly 5 minute chat with the guy while he satisfied himself that I was a real person with a real Countryman using my real credit card. :) I appreciate that they went the extra mile, and still got my order shipped the same day.

The hood scoop was perfect! My only recommendation would be for better instructions with more pictures. When I called with a question I was told they put one on that day. Maybe next time do a video accessible to purchasers with step by step instructions on installation.

The M7 Oil catch can is an excellent addition to your Mini Cooper for reducing the amount of carbon build up on the valves. Installation was very easy, once I figured out that the PCV hose connectors needed to be removed and installed onto the M7 supplied hoses. Overall fitment is as described in the instructions, but it would be nice to know how to rotate the site tube to the front of the catch can instead of behind the air cleaner, where you cannot see it. Great product! Keep them coming M7!

The fit for this tank is very very tight and I thought it might be a problem with bending the top of the brace for it to fit. These guys assured me that bending the brace would resolve the fit problem. About to try it now. It will be worth it if/when I resolve this because it will be VERY tight. Other than that, love the tank the the communication with them was great. This is not my first time purchasing things from M7 and wont be my last. (By the way, love the strut brace).

Install went smoothly once I saw it was ok to snip the plastic alignment tab on one of the strut towers. There's not a lot of play in the cable to get it into the cable run on the driver's side tower, but I was able to get it moved into place with a little work with a screwdriver. All in all, not too much of an effort!

I own a 2004 MC40 JCW Mini Cooper. I ordered a front strut brace, exhaust heat shield and “exact fit” coolant tank. Both items were sent right out and fit perfect not to mention they made the engine compartment stand out. They are top on my list when looking for quality after market performance parts

I'm from France and ordered some M7's parts for my R53 Mini. Never had a problem for each orders, products are from excellent quality, technicals informations are efficient, always a response for any questions, and customer service is very sympatic and answer quickly ! Delivery was prompt - package took a beating but no damage to the product. Assembly was simple and all grooves perfectly aligned with the Countryman S. Hardly noticeable but extremely functional. While I have not come close to testing the limits the Thule Doubletrack Platform Hitch responds as expected and the hitch shows no sign of movement or stress

I've had my 09 MCS over to M7 several times for a number of product installations, including an awesome Manic tune, and couldn't be happier with the results. The products offered are second to none in quality, function and overall looks! The best part is that Mark, Mike and the other guys knows how to treat people right. Can't get enough M7 items!

After much research I ordered an M7 tegris splitter for my JCW and was very pleased with the ease of installlation and appearence of the product. Top that off with the fact it actually works at speed and you don't have to worry about driveway scraping because this tegris material is so tough. I presently have on backorder an M7 wing that I eagerly anticipate to make my project near its completion.

Purchase two items from this company, after almost 1 month they said they did not have the parts and would send alternative which todate they never did. Sent several emails to them and got only few reply just send they would send but never did send !

Value of goods over USD 600.00 so would advise anybody purchasing from aboard not to do so or trust them !

M7 might make the greatest performance parts in the world, but if you can't package them in a way that protects them adequately during shipping, how will anyone ever know? I was able to mostly straighten the bent powder coated aluminum, but definetely rates high in the annoyance factor. Maybe it was just my bad luck...

I ordered the M7 Strut Tower Brace for my R53 "S" on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 8:31:14 AM EDT, and it was at my front door on Friday with 2 day Air. The front end feels much more solid after installation, with less torque steer on launch.

I have bought several products from M7 over the last several years for two different Mini Coopers. The quality, fit, finish and function of every part has been top notch. The customer service has been outstanding, with quick response times and very friendly and polite service professionals. I will do more business in the future with M7speed.
