Easy process, staff very informative and helpful

I recently rented a vehicle from Maban Vehicle Hire, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, their service was professional, efficient, and customer-focused.

The booking process was quick and easy, with clear communication at every step. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to ensure I got the perfect vehicle for my needs. The lorry itself was in immaculate condition, clean, and ran smoothly throughout my rental period.

They were there for us when the usual places let us down badly for a house move - the Man with a Van didn't bother turning up and time was very, very short. I will recommend this firm 100% everytime and many of my colleagues have been interested in my experience of them. Go Maben.

We called them up on our way to them and they were super helpful and sympathetic. We got to their Bristol branch and it was so easy to hire the van we needed for a really great price. The van was clean, tidy and had Sat Nav as standard.

We moved house, returned the van the very next day and we were just so very grateful to Maben for being there when we needed a van in a hurry.

We broke down in France and my son hired a Man LWB from Maben to pick up our stuff. So relived that the van was almost like new and everything was working and clean!

So many times we have hired vans locally and had warning lights or defective equipment. Maben offer a quality vans that are modern and perform above the norm (Chinese SAIC just don't cut it when your doing over a 700 miles). Well worth the effort to get to Pontypool, a solid 9/10 experience.

I was looking on a Friday for a van rental on the following day (Saturday) but was struggling to find anywhere where I could return the vehicle after lunchtime until I hit on Maben. They offered this facility and were extemely helpful, friendly and clear in all of their communication including pre and post-service. Even better, the van was great and the price competitive. Will definitely recommend and use again.

For the last 35 years I have hired a variety of vans from local to trans continental.
I found Maben vehicle hire the best to date .
The tyres that were at the limit of tread depth were noted and the van replaced.
The small blemishes identified on the body work had been well documented as was the level of fuel recorded.
The staff were very helpful.
I can recommend the Avonmouth branch.

We required a van at 15 minutes notice and they were happy to help. Had originally booked a van to move house with through europcar, who couldn’t honor the booking. Phoned Maben up and within 10 mins we had a van. Got to the shop 5 mins before closing time.

What a Lovely Team the Avonmouth branch are from the first meeting when I ask about hire a Mini bus to my final invoice . Every part of my hire has been really good . The staff was very helpful the mini bus was very tidy and clean . From Picking it up to dropping it off it was so easy . I like to thank the staff for making such a lovely experience . I occasionally hire vans and lutons when moving house etc. I have used several different firms in Bristol over the last 19 years and my recent experience with Maben has been the best.

The van was very new in good condition and ready to go. Customer service was great from booking over the phone, friendly and efficient check in and easy return.

Plenty of parking available on a Saturday to leave car whilst picking up the van for a day hire.

All in all a great convenient service and a fair and reasonable price. Thoroughly recommend and will be my first port of call if I need to hire a van again.
