Had to endure this lunatic again as…

Had to endure this lunatic again as buyers use this fool. He is beyond a joke, conveyancing is easy, it is standard stuff for any alleged experienced conveyancer! I would like to think you would have a list of things/documents you need etc. Then he asks on completion day for more documents and done this several times, thereby elongating completion date further away! How this idiot is allowed to continue practising as an alleged lawyer is concerning, same as the fact is he allowed out alone without an appropriate adult present? How he manages to find his way to his office day is beyond us!
