My very old windows laptop died a tragic death. 10 years of life and baby pics -gone !
OR so I thought -An Angel came to my rescue (that’s really his name) and saved my precious data -even advised me on a hard drive and within hours my problem was solved. Farewell thee Toshiba, so glad I didn’t have to say goodbye to my memories! Thanks macguys- you were totally PC !

My iMac crashed and burned -- with all my data on it for a Friday night deadline, and this was Wednesday morning. A few years ago Macguys mended another iMac we had, with a really complicated problem, so they were the first people I thought of when this happened. They responded really fast to my email and telephone call and were able to replace a really vital part within three hours. I was SO GRATEFUL, they are brilliant!

Quick and Friendly Service

Rang up on Friday about my MacBook Air Keyboard being broken and got told to bring it in that day, Macguys rang up a few hours later and told me they had already fixed my Keyboard, which normally would take a few days to fix. Lovely and efficient service, and if you want it done right, it's better to pay a little more and get it done right!

I used this company twice. the first to replace my mac charger, they use white label products and not true Mac products. i did not return the product simply bought another one from a proper mac store instead. the second time i replaced my phone screen. the phone kept switching itself off when i placed it to my ear. originally they agreed to change the screen as i was still under warranty, unfortunately on that day i needed my phone and then left it too long to come in. in the end i bought a new phone. i went back just to kindly ask if they might still change not expecting them to agree as too much time had passed but just thought they might reconsider. rather than simply saying too much time has passed the owner then blamed the fault on me and said they never have any problems with their screens. why did they then originally agree to change no problem and then all of a sudden its my fault. needless to say i will never use them again and next time will go to a proper mac shop. you pay more but at least you are guaranteed your problem will be resolved.

I had tried to partition my MacBook Pro using BootCamp (so I could use Windows on it) and initially it worked well, but then it stop working and found, soon after, that I couldn't get the MBP to even boot up properly. I figured that I had messed it up so I took it to MacGuys and, Yusuf, got it sorted so now its back in working order! Have to give Yusuf a BIG thank you for rescuing my MBP!! Highly recommend!!

Got an iMac the other day. The condition is amazing, customer service was excellent, combined with amazing prices. I would definitely recommend!

After being told by another company my Macbook air circa 2016 was irreparable I was amazed with how quick the service was at Macguys. Yousef and Marzena were in constant communication with me, letting me know updates and managed to fix my “irreparable” laptop in just one day. Couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks again, Kathleen

The charging IC (Tristar chip) on the board of my Iphone6s+ was fried (due to using a damaged lightning cable), and the chip needed replacing. This can only be done by a professional who knows how to do micro-soldering (dealing with delicate and tiny circuits like phone motherboards), which requires microscope, and some special tools, lots of practise, precision and steady hands!

So, I had searched for decent place where it can be professionally replaced, Macguys seemed to be only trustable shop in SouthWest London area. I contacted Yusuf, and he looked quite reliable, and be trusted for micro-soldering.

He has done the job in a day, charged me £75 for Tristar IC replacement, and since then the phone is working like a charm. The new Tristar chip seems to perform even better than original one. The phone works like a brand new phone, no stutters, no hangs.

At the end of the job, he offered to show me their workshop, where they have cutting edge equipment to do micro-soldering. Without a doubt, He mostly cares for delivering a decent job, not just making money.

When it comes to micro-soldering, I'd strongly recommend Macguys.
