After a recent visit, I could not recommend MacGuys more highly. They explain everything in layman’s terms and are quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Yousuf is an actual Mac genius. And so friendly! This is a real Tooting gem.

Super fast and friendly service. Dropped the MacBook off at 10:30, and collected by 12:30. Very trustworthy business - felt reassured that the device was left in good hands.

These guys are great! I rang to book my MacBook in for a battery change and a service. They said 'come on round' and then did it on the spot in an hour, finishing after closing time. The price was very reasonable and now I have what looks and feels like (and performs like) a brand new laptop. Thanks so much Macguys, I don't believe I could find a friendlier or more efficient outfit. Incidentaly they have a great array of used/refurbished Mac goods and very favourable prices...PC

Same day service on a MacBook battery replacement. Dropped off at lunchtime, picked up a few hours later. Great telephone manner. Competitively priced. Very pleased. Will use again.

Macbook air went for a swim and I took it to the Macguys. They ran diagnostics on it and confirmed that it was water damage - they fixed it in super quick time as I needed it for work and it is working just like it was before the swim! Thanks so much - excellent service, super friendly, very professional.

I brought my laptop in for a SSD upgrade for more storage. I brought it in and a few hours later it was ready! As promised! My laptop was also pretty untidy and the protective feet had fallen off. Went I received it back the laptop was sparkling clean and new protective feet had been replaced. Wonderful service! Would definitely recommend! Great staff! Thank you so much!

My screen got broken down recently and I had to get it fixed asap so I looked on the internet and found this place with great reviews so I decided to get it fixed here and it was 100% worth it. Will definitely come back to get all my service here.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Were able to fix the screen of my IPhone SE within 5 hours. Would highly recommend for phone repairs.

I could not update my iMac which has completely stopped working. Called up and was dealt with very professionally by a young lady then brought the iMac into the shop and new software was installed and iMac working

I lugged my Mac down to their workshop and retail space - it was well worth the effort. The space is clean and the team was courteous, polite, and helpful. The repair was carried out the same day and the price I paid was not unexpected. I highly recommend them - professional, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Will use them again without a doubt.

I came in rather distraught when my laptop had water damage and the guys reassured me they would do their best and as quick as possible. I picked my laptop up exactly 24 hours later and it was good as new with all the original files/ tabs open even! Having seen the damage I am very impressed. Will definitely used again and I didn't have to wait a week (as someone self employed) to get my laptop back which is great!

I accidentally fried my mac laptop by spilling my water bottle on the keyboard. Apple of course don't cover water damage and I was already looking up cheap laptops online but I thought I would give it one last try and go to MacGuys. They were extremely friendly and upfront about the work they would try to do (no shady business, which is always a concern when looking for places to fix electronics). After a week (with not great communication but that's only a small concern), they told me my computer wasn't savable but they did they offered me a new laptop which would overall be a lot cheaper than buying a new computer. They were very helpful and accomodating and found me a brilliant replacement from their stock and gave me a warranty for any concerns. Overall they were brill and I am very grateful they didn't give up on me and my computer!

I purchased a used iPhone from MacGuys; there was a glitch, but this was immediately sorted out by their excellent team. They even helped me with a technical issue after the warranty expired, all for no charge. Friendly and professional service, highly recommended.

Macguys were super. Easy to understand non-techy explanation of what was required to breathe new life into my Mac. Everything was sorted in a couple of day. Cannot recommended enough.

Can't praise Macguys enough. I researched prices quite a lot and they are very good value. They speak in a non-techy way so I felt totally confident with the Memory ugrade and new drive I had installed in my 2012 iMac which is now running as good as new.
