Top ok, delivery poor
The t-shirt is ok. Its pritty much as i expected. Delivery however was terrible. Took 2 weeks to arrive even though it should have been 2-3 working days. Im pritty shaw it wasnt even sent until i complained after a week. May have brought from them again but guess we’ll never know because i wont be now.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BUYING FROM MACHINE FITNESS.
I ordered some items from MF worth 198 €. I live in Germany. The packet arrived extremely late after several weeks. I refused the acceptance of the packet as per my legal right since it was late and the packet went back to MF. MF picked it up from Royal Mail last month ,as per tracking information.
Since then & before, I contacted MF almost every other day and sent out an email to them , for a refund. I even requested them to minus the shipping cost (30 €) and refund me the rest but I got absolutely no response. I have dozens of emails that I send to them and got absolutely zero response. They have the goods /packet and the money wont refund anything. It has been frustrating and a terrible terrible experience.
Extremely frustrating. 198 € is not a small amount and I offered my support in all possible ways but got totally no response from MF to resolve this issue.
No reply to emails at all or any other contact information. I checked with Paypal for their contact number and turns out their contact phone number was wrong even in PayPal information page.
Of course I have the proof of evrything.
Horrific Experience. I wish I had read these reviews here and how they don't refund for returned goods.

Please remember that the order was placed on 4th August so it is practically several months now I am waiting for this issue to be resolved.

1/11/21 Update :
Order shipment investigated, delays in receiving the order were due to customs checks and out of our control. The customer then proceeded to not collect the parcel and in turn refuse to receive the parcel. In order for it to returns to us, it then has to go back through customs and a process to be returned to us. The customer has been refunded and this case is now closed. Unfortunately, the problems highlighted by the customer are due to factors out of our control and the customer refusing the parcel.

I’m hooked!!
This is my third purchase of leggings with Machine Fitness. Quality is first class (with both product AND customer service) they wash up like new every time, squat proof, I love the pocket on the side as my phone and car key fits in nicely when I go for walks.
I’m a short woman at only 5’1 and these are the only crop leggings that fit me perfectly in length. The waist band doesn’t slip down over my menopausal belly and I never rarely write reviews but this is a must, this company and it’s apparel are truly worth the money.

Terrible customer service.
Decent products kept a number of products. However I returned half of my order months ago and not received a refund, numerous emails have been completely ignored. Customer service absolutely horrific

The quality is great but their customer service can use some work.
I wasn’t sent my full order. I reached out to customer service to have the rest sent to me and in the middle of the process they stopped responding. I reached out again after not hearing back and still got no response. I ended up disputing with my CC company.

I have looked into your case and see our team offered to send you out the item that you stated was missing, we received no response to this and then you opened up a chargeback case through your bank for the amount for the item missing.
