The professionals at MacKeeper really know their stuff! I've always had very positive experiences over the past 6+ years and my issues have always been resolved fairly quickly.

I paid for a full access, I could see my account being charged and yet, potentially due to some bug on the app side, I cannot access all the features.

Support claimed they could not see any transactions. There's some flow to be redone or think through again. Very dissapointed.

Had an issue with activation code to renew..it was addressed quickly and corrected.

purchased the plan for my mac back in 2022, activated wth no hassle. still using it

I live alone in a remote area and all my kids and grandkids are far a way, so i don't have anyone to help me with computer problems . I can safely say that MacKeeper people are vey knowldgeable and patient. Thank you for what you do , especiallly for us older folks.

Bad expirience with this dodgy softwere with dodgy terms . Only thing that they do is to take your money. Softwere is very bad, the support is worst than the chinese in the begining of the decade. You will get only hadache for your money which you will pay straight, not after trial or as is state.

Bonnie was a great help. Helped me understand was the Mackeeper Expert was trying to chat to me. He gave me my passcode - I didn't realize the commas were inserted as 3 distinct activation Passcodes - one for each of my 3 Mac's. Bonnie cleared it up right away.
I appreciate MacKeeper - have had it for years.

During setup with MacKeeper I had power failure. when power was restored I had several messages from specialists who then helped to undertake a full install and ran through all/any parts that I queried.
I'm now confident that my system if fully up to par and it was all made so easy. Hence my 5 star rating.

Terrible experience. I paid for Mackeeper (about 70 dollars) and was immediately forced to speak with someone remotely who controlled my screen and then tried to get me to buy 500 dollars worth of a new product to work with a technician -- it was terrifying and felt like a complete scam.

Their customer service is the best. Quick and complete service to get you working! They are the best!

The tech, Julia, was very helpful and got me sorted out quickly.

The IT guy was very helpful. Which says a lot because I can be slow when it comes to "fixing" anything on a computer. Anyway, I appreciate his help.

back in the day i thought that such programs like this one, especially for such a secure software as Mac OS were completely useless. nevertheless it was a kind of misconception of mine, because recently i bought a premium susbcription for 1 year for just $5 per month for 1 Mac and it turned out to be quite a useful tool. it's not only about cleaning the cache and all that, it's also about optimization of your mac and mine one of 2020 year release feel way better right now. can recommend these guys. =)

I was having trouble activating Antivirus after I downloaded the current MacKeeper. Tech support immediately responded and it was up and running very quickly. Excellent customer service.
