Problems solved
Update: It took 4 days, but I was finally able to change my password. The customer support was not the best experience.
However, before this issue arose, I had very good experiences with several projects. Deposits and withdrawals were also smooth and quick. Thanks
I found out that my password was compromised and wanted to change it. Unfortunately, this doesn't work with my password manager or manually. Additionally, I don't receive an email with password recovery instructions when I try to reset my password. And yes, I checked the spam folder.
The support asked me to empty the cache and try another browser. I tried all of that, but it didn't help.
I then contacted the support again, but have not received a responce since (yesterday).
A compromised password on an investment account is obviously not that important.

most profitable EU platform
I’ve been using the MaClear platform appx 1 year, a Swiss-based investment service, to invest in business projects, typically for about a year at a time. What gives me confidence in MaClear is its structure: each investment is secured by equipment as collateral, which adds a layer of security to the process. Plus, being a Swiss-registered platform, it operates within strict financial standards, which is reassuring.
One of the standout features for me is the provision fund that MaClear maintains. This fund is there to guarantee that monthly interest payments are always made on time, even if a project runs into issues. Knowing this gives me peace of mind as I grow my portfolio, and so far, everything has been very smooth.

The platform operates flawlessly so far for me.
I've made investments, as well as withdrawals and no complains in this matter.
There are few moments that people have to read in the FAQ section and familiarize with the rules of the platform before start investing. Like: no interest accumulated until Project has been funded completely. It can take some time like a week or so.

For almost eight months , there was just one review published , but since the 9th October there has been a real flud ! Do you guess why ? On that day Maclear approached investors with a new generous offer . I can prove everyrhing , if sombody has any doubts .
Of course , now they will answer to me in order to appear nice in front of other people , but when I wrote to them on the 30th of January and 21st of March this year , they didn't bother to answer . I can bring proofs for this too .
People submitting their riviews here are not being honest , when confirming they haven't received an incentive to write it .

Honest review
I had been an early adopter on the Maclear plattform and had been rewarded a little bonus of €15.- from Maclear for sharing my experience on social media about a year ago. At that time I rated Maclear 4 out of 5 stars due to the withdrawal fee that had been charged at that time. I have invested a significant amount of money in various projects since then and never encountered any problems. Maclear canceled the witdrawal fee shortly after my first review, so my rating after one year as an investor increases from 4 to 5 stars - I did not receive any payments or other advantages whtasoever from Maclear for this review!!

Interest rates about 14-15%, and no pending payments. The deposit process is usually slow (up to 5 days), at least for me, I transfer my money from a Revolut account. Good information about the projects. There is a provision fund to cover the possible delays in the projects, which I find quite interesting

Great P2P platform for both beginners and experienced investors
