Great experience! The shipping was fast. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item, but they sent me the replacement immediately. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The lock is beautifully made and looks great on my laptop. Very satisfied!

Your product arrived quickly. There were a couple of negatives, though. The minor, I hope, ones were that the frame seems a bit too flexible and I feel that someone might be able to spread the top apart and lift the Mac Mini out of the mount, and there were no mounting screws included ( not a big issue, but surprised me a bit). The bigger issue is that the lock seems very loose and could easily be broken off.

Great padding at back but none at front which I thought was a little surprising. Not enough space or have a protective case on the iPad. Expensive piece of equipment if it gets wet. Will use little pieces of Velcro padding to protect the front screen of the iPad.

A $64 product delivers to Canada with a $25 Customs Duty charge via Fed Ex. That's 40% of the price. Your customers need to know this.

Nobody informed me the stands are in backorder. After 5 days when I contacted the support, they told me they received the order just yesterday. And even if they received it a day before, I was not informed that the stands were on backorder and I will receive it in the next 2-3 weeks. It cost me some clients and had to disappoint the ones who understood.

Quick delivery, good solid product.

Poor customer service. The website is MacLocks.ca which makes you think it’s a Canadian site. It even says on the top of the main page “Free CA shipping over $89 CAD”.
When the item was delivered, we were told by FedEx that we had to pay GST and a custom brokerage fee or it wouldn’t be released to us. It only added up to $10 gst and $11 fee for a $210 item, so not really a big deal except that I didn’t advise my staff receiving the item, so they just about rejected the delivery.
I emailed the company just to inform them that I was not aware of these fees so they could avoid future problems with other customers. I get a curt response:
“Taxes and duties are separated from shipping fees.
We have a disclaimer on the checkout page explaining that you may encounter taxes and duties when shipping outside the US.”

Well since I thought I was ordering from a Canadian website, I can’t say I read the small print warning of the additional costs. Regardless, I would caution others that your order is coming from the USA and that fees will apply in addition to what you’ve paid.

Still waiting for the product I preordered, however, I had some questions and the MacLock team has been super responsive and clear in their answers. Good team, good company.

Product appears well build and sturdy, fits the tablet great with still camera not being covered. Haven't installed it yet, but looks like it will work great. Was a little disappointed to have import/fedex fees on delivery over and above shipping costs that weren't expected, and not cheap.

Product isn't as refined as I would have expected it 2 screws stripped because the frame paint filled in the screw hole . This should have been tapped or cleaned out before shipping.
