Macro Mike is flavourful in ALL areas
Macro Mike shakes are AMAZING. Not only are they fabulous in all essential macros and vitamins, they’re gluten free and taste delicious. I’ve tried a LOT of shakes, they have nothing on Macro Mike. These shakes are creamy and flavourful and not gritty like most other shakes. They a fabulous in shakes, smoothies and protein snacks. I can’t help but keep coming back for more.
Their customer service and value for money is also as amazing as their product. A winner on all counts.

Five stars to Micromike
I love Micromike because I’m on a low calorie diet and unfortunately I have a big appetite for sweets.
Thankfully I am now able to achieve my weight loss goal because of Micromike due to the low calorie sweets that I’m enjoying and satisfying my sweet tooth.
I love the mug cakes, doughnuts, powdered peanut butter and I’ve also invented a delicious dessert with yogurt 😋😋😋

Game changer
I used to absolutely hate protein shakes because of the terrible aftertaste and the bloating they always caused me. I also have digestive challenges, so finding something that actually works for me felt almost impossible.
Discovering Macro Mike has honestly been a game changer. Their shakes are incredible – no bloating, no unpleasant aftertaste, just pure enjoyment. Every time I make one, it genuinely feels like my taste buds are having a little celebration.
I’m especially excited to try the Pistachio White Choc flavour next!
The only downside?
It’s dangerously addictive.
Highly recommend to anyone who struggles with digestion or has given up on protein shakes like I had.

I like some of the protein powders but…
I like some of the protein powders but the birthday cake flavour protein muffin baking mix is NOT good. The instructions on the pack must be wrong. I had to add extra milk to make something close to a dough and they were terribly burnt when baked for the minimum time suggested. These were supposed to be a treat for my birthday but were a waste of time and money

Oven Temperature Variations: Sometimes, oven temperatures can vary from the set temperature. You could try baking at a slightly lower temperature, such as 160 degrees Celsius, and checking the muffins a bit earlier.
Rack Placement: The position of the baking rack can affect the baking process. If the rack is too high or too low, it can cause uneven cooking. Placing the muffins on the middle rack might help.
Baking Tin Color and Material: Darker or metal muffin tins can absorb more heat and cook faster than lighter or silicone ones. If you used a darker tin, reducing the baking time or lowering the temperature might prevent burning.
