Good online experience, prompt delivery of glasses to try at home and helpful feedback from staff via email. Although the glasses took slightly longer than expected to arrive I don't think I've ever been as happy with how a pair of glasses look or feel (and I've been wearing glasses for 35 years).
I would definitely recommend Mad About Specs and I will be using them again.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. So pleased with my glasses. Great quality, excellent price. Great communication throughout, from dispatch of my Home Trial, to dispatch if my actual glasses. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone :)

Staff were Friendly and helpful, always happy to offer advice. Dispatch time was a little longer than I had hoped for. Glasses arrived in high quality case, and very impressed so far.

I rarely write reviews but with such a significant purchase like prescription glasses, and being so happy with the actual glasses themselves I felt I had to. I did 3 home try ons ordered on the same day - Mad About Specs, Bloom and Ace & Tate. The others were a little bit more swish with their packaging, but slower in delivery. While the experience of the site and presentation on delivery of the others - from a warm fluffy ‘I feel special’ perspective - was nice to have at home, the truth is I liked the frames better from Mad About Specs (the others may have had a better shot if they’d have what I wanted available).

Love my glasses, HD whatever extra is a game changer for vision (if not changed my lenses for 3 years or more!) and the blue light protection makes me feel like I’m taking care of my eyes a little more. Worth the money.

With a little bit of work on the branding, site UX and customer email flows, and maintaining availability of options to try may help this brand on their journey. But regardless, I’m happy to stick with them for a future order!
