There is no way to cancel my account even after going through their cancellation process and speaking with at least 3 customer service representatives. I've been charged for 3 months since starting this process. There is no place to cancel the account on their website and the link they send doesn't go to a place where you can cancel. I had to use google to find a page that had a place to cancel. After canceling i received no confirmation that the cancellation had happened and was charged again a week later.
Ordered their advent calendar two years in a row. 2021 has no issues. 2023 i was charged extra for duty fees, which arent clearly listed on their website. The mini lamp was broken. I tried to just get a replace piece for the broken piece but no reply from their customer service for 3 weeks. I had to contact them 7 times before getting a reply, even after their instagram rep said twice that they had passed along my info to their customer service. Their customer service rep said i lied about contacting them. They offered a credit on my account or to send a new lamp on my next order. It took 2 weeks between replies. After almost 2 months, and threatening to report them, they refunded the price of the lamp. I will never buy from them again.
Be careful when ordering from Madam Glam: I ordered polishes from them on 1/17/23 and received them on 1/25/23. I was so excited to get the cateye gels that were so gorgeous on the website only to open the boxes and NONE of them were what I ordered! I am a first-time customer and spent $153 on these polishes and all they had to say was this script:

#1. If they actually handled each order with the utmost care and detail, then I would've received the correct products in the first place and for it to be my FIRST order from this company as a new customer!
#2. I then immediately checked the BBB thinking I may have been scammed and realized there were TONS of complaints (especially about getting your money back) so I pray I get my refund.
#3. They only have chat and email customer support. However, through email they did respond within 30 mins. Chat isn't as responsive and they direct you to email anyways.
#4. Fast shipping (at least I got my wrong order quickly lol)
#5. This company has been around since 2014. They should've put fail-safe measures in place by now to prevent these kinds of problems from occurring.
I understand mistakes happen but they got my ENTIRE order wrong not just one or two or sent me someone else's order. The fact that I spent so much money on these polishes just didn't make sense to me. Not only did I have to deal with the inconvenience of not receiving a package I was looking forward to but also had to deal with the inconvenience of having to repackage and send back the wrong products they sent me.
If it were my business and a first-time customer were to have this issue; in order to maintain their business I would have let them keep the product we sent since #1. it was our mistake and #2. I would hope that maybe they might try out those products as well to solidify their continued patronage. Rather than inconvenience them further.
I decided to do as they said and returned their products in hopes that I'll get refunded for my cooperation. Also, I had the thought that this may have been intentional to string me along so I'd have to pay for another month of their VIP membership while I wait for them to resend my original order. So I immediately asked them to cancel my subscription. However, another BBB issue reported was that others had also asked for their membership to be canceled yet they still continued to get charged. In light of that information I'm really hoping this won't happen but at this point it's out of my hands and I'm at their mercy if I want my money back. If they give it back. If not I'll make it my personal vendetta to ensure I spread the word about this company far and wide to dissuade other people from being victimized.
I have learned a valuable lesson check out all online businesses thoroughly before doing business with them. Just because you see a company raved about on YouTube doesn't mean they're reputable.
I started the vip program in March last year, with my first order (someone I love on YouTube uses all there stuff). Products were good the first time round and I loved the top coat. Second order on vip was not so good, the little nail lamp wouldn’t turn on (it was free with the order) the real problems came in September when I asked to cancel vip, no response and so I just paused it but the money was still going out each month, i finally got a email back in November and got some of my money back. The rest I would have to spend on their site. So in the sale I spent what I had had left and then I had a head ache with shipping and tracking. Note all vip shipping was really good and no problems but soon as leave vip good luck with shipping to the uk and finding the parcel.
Terrible customer service.
My wife ordered nail polish from them. A month later they automatic charged her $29 per month for VIP membership which she wasn’t aware of or signed up for it .
We tried to contact them by phone and via email several times but no response.
Be aware do not order anything from them or give them your credit card information
Don’t waste your money on them. They delivered my order in extreme cold temperatures. I asked for a refund on dec 23 and finally heard from them on the Jan 1st and they gave me store credit and wouldn’t cancel my membership until after they charged me and they won’t give me a refund on that. Colors aren’t accurate to what they show online. They’re either too light or to dark or neon instead of a dull color. They false advertise big time and don’t have a phone number so that’s a big red flag. I disputed the charge so I’ll see if it gets resolved from that. Very disappointed.
I have tried to cancel my account multiple times and have requested it the way they say too but nothing has happened and they keep charging me.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER. I cancelled my subscription in September because the cost could no longer fit my budget. I made sure I cancelled my subscription before the next billing cycle. I was redirected to a page confirming they will no longer charge my card. No confirmation email was sent. From October thru December I didn’t get a charge. On January 1,2022 by card was charged for a subscription. I never logged in to my account to renew my subscription. I contacted them through their automated chat on their website and I was told to send an email to their VIP address. I sent the email right away along with a follow up email two weeks later. Never got a response. So I went to My credit card company and asked if they can remove the charge as I did not approve this. They did and contacted Madam Glam. Only then did Madam Glam reply and provided their info. Although the info they provided did not answer any questions. They claimed it was a monthly subscription and I had just cancelled in January. Mind you, the only reason I had to cancel yet again was because they charged me for something I did. It authorize. Also, after the second cancellation, I still did not receive an email confirmation. I was again redirected to a page stating my subscription had been cancelled. Unfortunately, the credit card company took their side because they provided documentation. Which again stated my charges for two months (August and September. Which I agree with), my charge for January, and my cancellation for January. However, they show nothing for October thru December! There were no charges on my credit card statement either because I CANCELLED my subscription!! But apparently that was good enough to close my case. I wrote a letter to my credit card company to dispute their claim and also asked if they can provide proof as to why there was no activity for three months. They closed my case and told me if I have further questions to contact Madam Glam directly. But they won’t respond!! And they don’t have a phone number listed on their website. They don’t care if they take my money and ignore me, but the minute the credit card company reaches out to them, they’re quick to reply. Why don’t you reply to your customers madam glam!! I just want my money back. I am one person..$29 is a lot for getting nothing. You are a well know company, I’m sure you can eat the cost of $29. Is this how you handle business Madam Glam??
Terrible customer service its been 3 months waiting for my order i have tried reaching out to them via chat and asked me to send email which I did long before Christmas but until today my order has not arrived. Today i decided to trace with DHL it shows my shipment qas only shipped 31 January But this order was made in November. This os disgusting I trusted this company its just horrible. I just want my money.
Spent about 50 dollars on three gel nail polishes, which never arrived. I waited patiently for a way longer time than the website told me was acceptable, before I finally reached out to them. They told me to wait even longer, as I then did. Nothing happened and I wrote to them once again, to be told to reach out to the company delivering my package. I did that, and got into a pingpong of sending and receiving messages to no help at all. About 3 three months putting in my order I had to give up on receiving my package, and getting my money back.
Bottom line is, I don't suggest you to order from their website if you live in Europe, even though they say it's fine.
This is the 4th time I've ordered from them and the first issue I've had. But this time I saved up 300 and was so excited to get a bunch of new colours but my package didn't arrive and after one month I called the last courier to ask what's happened and was told it's stuck at customs and there's a problem madam Glam need to address. I reached out to them via their website twice and was ignored. Tried Facebook message and got an automated response with an email I could use. I sent them a message asking them to investigate the issue at customs and received a very generic email response telling me to call my local post office and I need to call customs myself and sort out tax. Absolutely appalled at the response, they don't seem to care at all to look into this and as the consumer I'm left sitting here out of pocket waiting for them to do their part. I was in the process of changing over all my gels to them and now I'm disgusted with how they've handled this I'm devastated. They are fobbing off any responsibility they have.
Similar to previous customers, I cancelled my subscription to the VIP membership almost a year ago and am STILL being charged. Customer service refuses to honor THEIR mistake and continues to be passive and dismissive and swaps in a NEW customer service person after each reply to a message. I advise you to never spend your money here if you want to keep your money or don't want be scammed, no product is worth it.
I did buy from this company 3 years ago , first time, was awesome, vegan, cruelty free, but now...customer service is bad and buying from them trap.
I add it to my basket gels worth of $127 and they add in my bag a lamp that was free and was worth around $70, seeing such a great free , I pursued with my purchase...at the end of checkout the total was $137 with delivery (even if they said the delivery is free if you buy more then $100), but from my card instead of $127-137 it disappeared $166, that amount wasn’t at the checkout it was $137 even if it supposed to be $127 . Seeing all of this after 2 minutes I tried to cancel...how ...they don’t have a button for cancel like other companies, so I had to email them, which I did, and no one answered, I’ve tried chat, same, no one answered. I understand it was 25 December and I had nothing to do them losing my time on Madam glam ...but for this kind of days they should do something about it...put a button for cancellation or hire more people.
And after a while I realised they have a preselected button on the top of the page (Vip prescription of$29-wich I didn’t want), then your stuff on the basket and at the end checkout with the wrong amount off course.
Madam glam didn’t want to cancel my order they said is been shipped, and the rest of my questions they ignored...no one answered and I send them so many emails and I tried to speak with them on chat...very difficult 😞
Update: They did refund the delivery cost and $29 for vip prescription.
They also said that they will send me the lamp with the next purchase...which I hope they will send.
2 Update: I received the refund for vip and delivery, the order was ok when I’ve got it and with the next purchase they send me the lamp as well.
First off they customer service is trash and they dont honor their mistakes. I placed my first order with subscribing to VIP to get the discount, as I heard good things about their gel polishes. I get a confirmation that my order was received. I was excited to get my item as I had a specific design I wanted to do when my items arrived. I waited patiently checking my email every day to see if my package has shipped. A week past still no tracking. So I contacted them just for them to tell me my package was delivered 2 days ago. They didn't even offer to resend my items like good customer service company's do, when their at fault. They told me to contact FedEx when it clearly shows delivered. I will not be waiting on the phone for a hour or more wasting my time just for them to tell me the package was delivered. I do live on a busy street and didnt recall going anywhere that day or hearing a knock, anyone could have took it. I asked neighbors but no received or seen anything. I don't know how long the package was sitting but I wasn't going through such a big hassle for 50 dollars worth of items. I called my bank and gotten my money back. A few days later they had the nerve to email me to update my information so they can take the subscription fee. So for that reason they are canceled and I will never order from them again.
WORST COMPANY EVER. BUYER BEWARE! They gave me a bogus "gift card" to use as an in store credit when returned a broken steamer I bought from them. They said it never made it back to them (yeah right). I've been dealing with them for days trying to use this credit and it's still not resolved. Just go to Trustpilot and you will see this company is not to be trusted. Look online and you can read many reviews of unhappy customers. Scam artists.
Keep in mind I returned the broken steamer months ago. Sick of this company. Definitely not worth the hassle. There are many more honest, clean gel polish companies you can choose that have honest customer service and don't try to rip off their customers.
Worst customer service ever. They tell blatant lies about their products/ingredients, ignore customers for weeks, are patronising, they also sent me the wrong product and another product leaked everywhere in the box. I spent so much money on their products and 100% regret it. It's been the biggest hassle and I've lost sleep over it. I'll be choosing Dimensions nails or the Gelbottle next time instead.
Their customer service was quick to reply with questions that I had, but the process for returning was quite slow.
On August 19 I sent a return via the USPS (I received an LED lap that didn't turn on.) I checked in after 2 weeks of not hearing anything and was informed that the parcel had not been received yet. I checked in 3-4 times after that with the same reply.
I asked if the parcel went to another facility to be examined prior to any email notifications and was told no, that is not the process.
Then, on September 19 I had an email that my item had been reviewed and was defective and was offered credit or money returned.
I feel the 1 month was a bit long for a return, but I have been happy with the quality of product I received, quick customer service reply, and the new LED lamp I got works like a charm.
