Very slow delivery but I was kept informed and up to date with when to expect my order.

As others have said, this is a scam. Wish I'd read this website first. Dress (£39) took ages to arrive, was really poor quality, did not fit at all, wanted to return it, was told (after multiple emails) that I would need to send it (via tracked mail) back to California (£29). Guess you live and learn.

This company provide false information on their products. I bought and paid for a dress advertised as linen. The price tag is £39.99 supposedly on sale. The dress sent is definitely not linen. It is 95% polyester and 5% elastane. I wouldn’t even pay £10 for it. They are scammers.

If I could give zero stars I would. Like others I thought this was a UK based company but it's based in HK. The dress looked cotton on the website but is in fact polyester and badly made. The print is faded and horrible compared to the website. Emailed to say I wanted to return it. They demanded photos before they would agree to the return. (Like I need their permission!) This is a SCAM website. I wish I'd read all the reviews before ordering. I think the positive reviews they've written themselves. STAY AWAY!!

Just bought 1 sundress and 2 summer dresses and am delighted with all 3. Fit is true to size, fabrics are nice to the touch and colours as anticipated. Many thanks.

100% polyester - terrible quality - not fit for purpose. I have requested instructions on how to return six times now, initially they sent an extremely long (AI generated?) email asking for details as to why I wanted to return dress, then they asked for pictures - all of which I have sent, and now no response at all. I know they will respond to this on Trustpilot with the same standard response to all other reviews, which will be (however please note I have sent their 'official channels' six emails already!) The garments themselves are lovely and they look great on The fabric is ideal for this hot weather.

Well the scam goes on and on and on. We're up to where they offer you 50% discount due to the delay and problems with your order - except the 50% discount is a discount off further purchases. No doubt if you take that up and order something else - you LOSE your hard earned money yet again because that does not turn up.

"Made by Jessica" is not what it purports to be ie a "Boutique" where clothes are made by "Jessica" who is "pregnant and so closing down her boutique". It is a large scam company located in Hong Kong.

To get my money back they eventually sent me a "Returns Note". How can I do a return when you have still not despatched the dress? I asked them. To which the reply was that they have forwarded my "concerns" to their "Disputes Department".

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME AND ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. Had I read back the reviews far enough, other people have experienced the same. No doubt what they do - is when a review is made telling the truth about them - they then make numerous FAKE reviews pretending to be from happy customers so that people do not read down far enough to see the true reviews from people like me who were silly enough to get taken in by their scamming lies and place an order.

An absolutely disgraceful company. I ordered a dress and it did not suit me. Trying to get it sent back or even getting a reply to my seven emails that I have sent and still waiting on an email or a message to be sent back to me. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

Web site suggested last stock as Jessica was closing due to having a baby. Could not have been true as it took too long to arrive. When it did very poor quality. Return address in USA. Would have cost me £32 to return, on an item under £50 not cost effective.

This was my first time ordering from the store so I only chose one item to test the quality. The skirt arrived looking exactly like the photos and felt comfortable around the waist. I’m now tempted to go back for the matching top.

I bought a lightweight outfit for a weekend away and it was exactly what I needed. The top was breathable and the trousers were comfortable for travelling while both pieces still looked put together. I only wish there had been a few more colour choices.

My order arrived neatly folded and everything looked fresh straight out of the parcel. I especially liked the cardigan because it feels soft without being too heavy. Delivery could have been a little quicker but I was happy with the clothing itself.

I appreciated how simple the website was to use especially the size information. Checkout was quick and the parcel arrived within the estimated time. The clothes felt well made and nothing looked cheap or poorly finished.

I ordered a blouse for work and it has quickly become one of my favourites. It looks smart without feeling stiff and I can comfortably wear it for the whole day. It also washed well and didn’t lose its shape.

Item came as described, communication when required was fast and helpful.

I bought a few everyday basics and was pleasantly surprised by how well they fit together. The colours are easy to mix with things I already own which makes getting dressed much simpler. I’ll probably order the trousers in another shade.

Lovely dress. Company quick to respond.

The dress I ordered was 5 inches smaller than across the bust than stated on the website, making a loose fitting, comfortable dress very tight! The dress was not very well made, the slight gathering under the bust was very uneven and looked shoddy.
I'm currently trying to get a full refund. I first emailed on 8th July and as requested sent numerous photos, including with a tape measure across the bust to prove it was 5 inches smaller than it should be. After the initial replies back and forth (4 emails) I was told my concern had been escalated to the quality team.
I'm still waiting to hear, it's now 23rd July!
