If you look for style and quality, this is where you want to shop. Unfortunately my life style has changed. I am retired and my husband has passed away. I now wear what I bought from Madeleine in the past. The quality is still great and the styles do still have that 'little extra' for which I was always happy to pay that 'little extra'. I am so glad I found Madeleine!

I have shopped with this company for a long time and their products are always "tip top". Lovely fabrics and made well. They may be a little more expensive than other mail order, but "you get what you pay for". I hope to deal with them for a long time.

I have been using Madeleine for many years and have always found the products top quality. I love love their timeless styles. Since Brexit deliveries do take longer but I bear this in mind when ordering. I have never had a problem with returns etc. in fact I have always received exceptional service.

need to reutnr itmes - all wrong sizes - how do I get return label?

On a positive the items i have bought have been really nice. However still waiting for a jacket i ordered a while ago, which i wanted for early october. I knew there was a 2-3 week wait so ordered early. I have chased it up and someone rang back and left message to say it would not be here on time. It is still being advertised and starting to suspect they dont order them from Germany until they have enough orders.
I wanted this for Autumn not winter.
I have never found that money has been taken before items are on the way though.

If i could give a 0 i would. Phones are constantly “down”. When i did speak to someone after dozens of tries the computer were updating and should call back in an hour. Guess what?!?! Phones were now not working. Email is not at all helpful! Takes a whole day for response and questions not answered in reply. Need to return items but cannot get past the order number and email.

We are satisfied with the service. It is always prompt. The goods are of a good quality. The return is easy and hassle free. madelleine is very customer friendly. We would gladly recommend it to anyone.

I decided to cancel my order after reading the reviews on this website. Customer service answered the phone and my order was cancelled the next day. So, I would say my experience was not bad.

I didn't want to risk waiting for the order and having a bad experience.
