I always appreciate a caring manner on the phone and for the saleslady to appear to show a personal interest in what I am buying . such as " I think you will love that I like it very much" or any approval of the item I am purchasing.

Madeleine is a quality fashion house. I LOVE my latest purchase and especially as it is so unusual and different even though it’s a fairly classic piece. It is also very high quality as described.

I love the exciting range of fashionable clothes. The on line shopping is easy to use. The careful packaging and straightforward returns ,if required, is easy to follow.

Madeleine is a quality company which is reflected in their range of clothing and styles. Goods are beautiful wrapped with care taken. Although out of my price range most of the time, you can find bargains at the sales but sometimes you just want to treat yourself too. You can always be assured of the quality.

Worried a little about placing an order with a company who I knew little about and had some bad reviews … so I considered cancelling when I didn’t get an email confirmation with a delivery date. Rang customer services. Got through almost straight away and was reassured. They explained the product was coming from Germany and I would be updated at the point of dispatch. I received that update the next day and the item arrived a few days later. Not only was the item exactly as described on the website but packaged attractively and professionally too. Delighted with the product and the service. Quality. Will be using this company again.

I was really wary of placing my order due to the number of poor reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised! My order for black fringed jeans arrived within 10 days via Royal Mail. (Order placed 11 Jan - Order arrived 19 Jan) I'm absolutely delighted with these smart jeans - which have interesting shape detailing at the hem. I am so pleased that I have now placed 2 more orders with Madeleine - just this week.
Don't believe every bad review that you read!

Beautiful clothes. I received excellent customer service when I had to place a recent order by telephone due to difficulty logging into my account online.

Madeleine fashion is excellent with beautiful colours and some excellent designs. However, they do produce some really weird outfits and spoil what could be a (for example) a fabulous dress by adding unnecessary extras or cutting it so the shape is not wearable. The fabrics are wonderful and I really would give them five stars and I realise they cannot please everyone but if they try to keep more to the tailored outfits they would sell more and these are the garments that sell very quickly. I have just bought some fabulous tailored trousers and have had to wait two months for them to come back in stock. I have bought many many garments from Madeleine in the past but lately they have become more and more strange so much so that I have started buying from other companies.

Service is always excellent and the quality of product is superb.

The quality of both clothes and shoes are excellent. Very fashionable and different to usual high street brands.

Bought a blouse from the catalog for $149.00 USD. Arrived very wrinkled and nowhere near the beautiful color in the catalog. All things considered, not worth the money. I don’t think I will purchase from M again.

The garments are nice and most of them are available in size 22 which is great, hence my 3 stars.
However, deliveries tend to be slow. 3 weeks or more.
They keep sending promotional emails nearly on a daily basis and brochures like every 3 weeks. Asked them several times to stop doing this to no avail. Not nice. Sustainable or not I dont want all those brochures.

My wife received unsolicited a number of catalogues.Although she like the items she never purchased until pre Christmas.Eventually she decided on an item & ordered but was told this was out of stock for three weeks.Three weeks passed so she called again & was told it would be three weeks delivery again!
Here we are 7th Jan & just been told it will be three weeks for the delivery .So basically she was lied to on 2 previous occasions.This in itself is reprehensible but the attitude of the customer service was even worse ! My wife works on communications for the General Medical Council & DWP & she thinks some of your agents need her services !!!
Bolshoi service agents are not what you need to keep customers nor do long waiting times for delivery enhance the customer experience!
I respectfull suggest that this review is passed to Marketing Director Karen Tucker for her response !
