Ordered a product on 1 April and was given a date for dispatch between 3-7 April.
I contacted the company via what’s app on 1 April to stress the importance of receiving the product by the 11th April.
I received this
“ Hi - thanks for your message and for ordering! I can confirm that the order has come through and I have the image you have sent via email. Please note that your order has an estimate dispatch of 03/04/2026 - 07/04/2026. I of course work as closely as possible to this, and I am working as quickly as possible to ensure all orders are on the way as quickly as possible. As soon as dispatched you will of course receive a dispatch email to confirm, this will contain the Royal Mail tracking. Many thanks”
On the 9th April I had not received any dispatch notification so I contacted the company.
I was then given some story about the printer not working and they couldn’t get a spare part.
“Hi - thanks for your message. I wanted to come back to you as quickly as I could. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances with technical issues with my printing equipment this week, this has caused a slight delay with drinks bottles, magnets and some other accessories. Despite best efforts, the part is in transit and won't arrive until tomorrow. I will of course do everything possible to have this dispatched for you ahead of the weekend - but unfortunately I can't offer any guarantee as I'm reliant entirely on the courier and delivery timing tomorrow. As I say, I will of course do everything I can. Many thanks”
This was only communicated to me after I chased.

You were supposed to dispatch no later than 7th and you have had 2 days to tell me what you have just told me.

This was read at 2054. I received this lengthy reply less 1 minute later which led me to believe I was talking to a AI bot or more likely a copy & paste.
“ Hi - thanks for your reply. As per my previous message, the dates given was an estimate dispatch - not a guarantee and not a delivery date. You mention it was supposed to dispatch no later than the 7th - as I say, this is an estimate, not a guarantee. I've also ensured to respond out of hours to ensure you had this update.
I certainly understand this is not ideal for you - unfortunately the circumstances are entirely beyond my control and impacted more than just your order. I have been working with my supplier and manufacturer to obtain a replacement heat element which has taken longer to secure than I had hoped.
I understand in any circumstance this can be disappointed - I'm very aware all items I sell are for an important occasion of some form - whether that is a birthday, or any other special occasion.
It's also important to me specifically, again as above that I run the business by myself, that every customer has a great experience.
This is a very unfortunate situation and one in which could not be avoided when equipment had shown a fault.
Many thanks”
At this point I suggested this may be an AI bot due to speed of reply and asked for a refund.
The product was simply no use to me if I could not get it by the 11th.

“I'm actually writing this message whilst attempting to put my children to bed - prioritising this message on an evening, out of hours to ensure you had a response. It's incredibly disrespectful for your response this way. Yes - it was typed incredibly quickly, but that's because I have other important things to be dealing with, with my own family at almost 9'oclock at night.”
Make of this what you will. But I would strongly suggest going elsewhere.
They have also refused to respond to my message asking for a refund me so I will need to raise a complaint with my bank.

There was a spelling mistake with the original print of the tshirt. I contacted and they apologised before rushing through another print. They had it printed and delivered within 2 days, in time for my daughters birthday. Can't fault the service received.

Instead of acknowledging this, the seller sent long, defensive replies focusing on terms, being a “one-person business,” and even highlighting that they responded “out of hours” — as though that should outweigh the fact the stated timeframe was not met and no update was provided.
They extensively cover themselves on why their estimates aren’t accurate, and seem to take the approach of correcting customers for expecting an “estimate” to be even remotely reliable.
I fully expect a similarly long-winded response to this review, explaining why the estimate shouldn’t be relied on, why I should be grateful for a reply after chasing, and likely including message counts, timestamps, and technicalities — as seen in other reviews — rather than a simple acknowledgment of the issue. It also raises the question of how there is time for such lengthy, defensive responses while simultaneously emphasising being a one-person operation.
If estimated timelines were more realistic — or communicated properly when missed — there would be no need for customers to chase or for these drawn-out explanations.
For a business selling personalised, time-sensitive items, this approach makes it impossible to order with confidence.
I would not order again and would strongly advise others not to rely on the stated timelines.

Exactly the response expected — detailed when defending yourself, but not when it comes to meeting your own estimates or communicating properly.
If you are going to correct customers and emphasise “accuracy,” then your timelines need to be accurate. My message on 25/03 was not answered until I chased on 26/03, after your estimated dispatch window had already passed.
Do not treat customers as though they are the problem for expecting the timeframe you provided to mean something. That is your responsibility as a business.
The facts are simple: the estimate was missed, there was no update, and I had to chase.
Everything else is noise.

I recommend nobody ordering off this company. Completely shocked and disappointed with the experience I had. I ordered personalised birthday pajamas and birthday hoodie and placed my order on 2/03/26. The items were not dispatched until 19/03/26.I needed the items for the 23/03/26 and they came on 24/03/26. I left multiple emails and was lucky to get a respond twice. When I complained is when the response got good because they didn’t want bad review. And for the hassle they caused they offered a partial refund which is not acceptable for the disappointment and stress they caused. After all that when I opened the package I had received another child’s personalised pajamas instead of my own child. Which means that someone has my child’s and are also going to be extremely disappointed. Please shop somewhere else as you will find more professional and organized business elsewhere.

LIES, ALL LIES, DO NOT USE
£76.40 out of pocket!! Will tell you they've refunded out of 'goodwill' and feed you everything you want to hear when it's all lies. Will tell you about positive reviews but it's anything but positive. Will tell you it's a one man band to feel sorry for them. My custom order never even saw a preview of what the order would look like, the work had not been done. So the 'goodwill' offering of a refund was rightly deserved but it's a lie and you don't get a refund. IGNORE the estimated delivery because chances are it will not be sent on that date. This person LIES, and I mean really lies. Said they'd refunded and needed to 'check with the bank' what had happened. Didn't check with the bank, didn't get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, do not even give their replies the time of day, it's all lies.

Very disappointed
I don’t usually leave reviews but i am really disappointed with the service i have received. I placed an order for personalised pjs on the 2nd January for my daughters 2nd Birthday (16th January)
10 days after her birthday (26th) i messaged via whatsapp to state that my order still had not been received in which i was told that this would be raised with royal mail first thing the following day.
There had not been any other communication until i messaged via whatsapp again on the 4th February. I had no response so i sent the same message again on the 6th to still have no reply.
I took it upon myself to go directly to this company’s facebook page in which i saw other people comment saying they had also not received their parcels. I was upset and frustrated in seeing others in the same position as me so i took it upon myself to leave a comment stating that this company is a “scam”.
A few moments later who would have guessed but i got a response to my messages. So it took for me to go to their facebook to leave a comment for them to respond to me. Like i said i don’t usually do things like this because it isn’t who i am but i’m very disappointed in the lack of communication i have received. I asked for a refund and have messaged the company again today (17th February) to chase up my refund and have been blanked AGAIN. Taking someone’s hard earned money without sending the promised goods and not acknowledging the fact i want my money back. Never had an issue like this before from a small business!
I completely understand and sympathise with the fact that orders get lost or something can happen along the way but my problem is with the lack of communication and that i would like my money back.
Not good would not recommend.

It was the most awful experience of online customer service experienced.
I purchased PJ's for my granddaughter. Over a week passed and I heard nothing so I emailed their contact.
The most awful unhelpful obnoxious emails flooded my inbox. When I asked when I'd be receiving my paid items, I was bluntly told, it's splattered all over the website that they can't guarantee dates. They also went onto say they answered an email on a Sunday so that's customer service!!
I'd rather the angry person has waited until Monday in work mode and been polite.
So now I'm left without PJ's for a three year old for her birthday. And now do not have time to get them personalised and they had the cheek yo cancel my order this was without my consent. Who does this!
They are not interested in the customer at all.
They could even put their name on their emails to me.
