Lovely soft personalised PJs

We bought personalised pjs for our twins back in the summer from made personally. Fantastic quality pjs. They are the ONLY style my boys will now wear! They are so soft and high quality. They were sent very swiftly and the print quality is also fantastic, even after many many washes!

A huge thank you for such amazing customer service!
Firstly I panicked reading the dispatch date as the delivery date (my error!!)
The company went out their way to make sure I still got my gift in time!
Such great quality and printing work was so well done!
One happy mummy and one extremely happy 2 year old!
I will definitely be ordering again in the future!

⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated with the Service

I placed an order for a personalised T-shirt on 27th September, well in advance, and messaged the company to ask if it could be sent before 7th October, as I wanted to bring it with me to a holiday in Spain so I can give it to my son in time for my grandsons birthday. They replied saying dispatch would be between 2nd and 7th October, so I trusted it would arrive in time.

However, it did not arrive in time for my trip to Spain. When I returned from my trip on 14th October, the T-shirt still hadn’t arrived. I contacted the company again and was told my order had been put on hold — with no explanation — and that they had emailed me, which they hadn’t.

I replied immediately asking that, if they couldn’t dispatch within 48 hours, they should cancel the order, as I now needed to send the gift to Switzerland (where my son and grandson live). By 19th October I still hadn’t received a reply, so I chased again. On 21st October they informed me the item was “in print,” even though I had clearly requested cancellation.

Despite this, on 23rd October I received a message saying the order had been dispatched anyway. I then said I would be returning the T-shirt, only to be told that personalised items cannot be returned.

When the item finally arrived on 27th October — a full month after I ordered — it wasn’t even personalised as I had requested. I had asked for “Dylan 6”, but they printed only “Dylan”. When I contacted them about the error, they admitted they had decided to change the personalisation themselves without informing me. They have said they emailed me (which they didn’t!) and when I’ve asked them to show me the email, they have failed to present said email.

This is completely unacceptable. You cannot alter a customer’s personalised order without their permission, especially after such poor communication and repeated delays. The order missed the occasion entirely, and I was left with a product I neither wanted nor approved, and the company are refusing to give me a refund even though this have admitted to changing the product I ordered without my permission!

Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish — poor communication, missed deadlines, and a lack of professionalism throughout. I would not recommend this company and will not be ordering from them again, and I don’t recommend you do either.

I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order.

As outlined in our earlier messages, the dispatch dates provided were estimated and not guaranteed, and given the order date and delivery requirements for your trip, it was unlikely to arrive by the date originally needed.

The order was placed on hold while you were away and dispatched once you’d returned. I proposed amending the design to ensure it could still be forwarded abroad, and as no response was received, the order was subsequently processed with a reasonable delayed wait.

No request was made for a copy of any correspondence, which I would of course have been happy to provide.

The request to cancel was received after production had begun, at which point it could not be cancelled.

Just what seen on the site saw there advert on Facebook so I…

I saw there advert on Facebook so I went into the site to see what they had . Which I found very easy and customer friendly to use .
I chose the t-shirt I liked had my granddaughter name and her age add to it
Delivery window was shown to me
So I purchased the top ..
And it’s arrived dead on the day they said. Royal Mail sent me a email the day before telling me a time slot and also it arrived within there window too . She’s taken the top out of the bag and won’t take it off
There off for a family meal and still won’t take it off ….
Again thank you guys and girls for making a 8years old girls day

Rubbish customer service

Ordered a water bottle for my daughter, i had to keep chasing the order as they were very busy. When it arrived it was beautiful and my daughter was pleased, however a month after using it broke. I contacted made personally via whats app twice and email and never recieved a response. Customer service was terrible

Customer service was great throughout

Customer service was great throughout. There was a small hiccup getting the delivery, but this was on the courier not the seller, and it was resolved really quickly. When it arrived, the t-shirt looked great and was rally good quality. Would definitely buy again.

Very impressed with the quality

Very impressed with the quality, have got these types of pyjamas for my son every year but by far these are the best ones. Took a little longer for delivery so definitely order in advance but you're told this when ordering. Really amazing!

Great quality personalised Santa Stockings!!

I ordered these fabulous personalised named Santa stockings for my grandkids. Minecraft for my grandson and peppa pig for my granddaughter. They exceeded my expectations when they arrived. Great size, will hold alot of presents . Great keepsake. Highly recommend!!

Brilliant service and products

Great designs and colour options, the seller was quick to email me back and was very reassuring, going the extra mile to send me pictures of jumper colours so I could see what they actually looked like. My order arrived within the time I needed which was great. The product quality was high quality and great Value. Thank you very much 🤩

Issues with posting but company extremely honest & helpful

I ordered a mug for a little boy who'd broken his arm.
I had a few issues with postage delays, but I whatsapped the company and replies were prompt & explained clearly re the the issues. Each time I messaged regarding arrival of parcel, I was informed of when parcel would arrive.
So even though a few hiccups.
I would definitely use this company again, as they were honest & helpful.

Absolutely appalling service - If I could give zero stars, I would!

I placed an order on the 16th September for a personalised paw patrol t-shirt for my son's birthday which basically never arrived. As the date was getting closer to my sons birthday, I messaged the seller to ask when it would be despatched. The communication was appalling but when I did get a response, I was reassured that it was going to be despatched the following week, which it didn't. If I knew I was going to have this issue, I could have ordered elsewhere but because of the reassurance that it would be ready in time, I didn't and still placed my trust in the seller. Afew days before my sons birthday, which was over 3 weeks after I had initially placed my order, I received a message to say 'there was a fault in the print design' and couldn't send my item. If this was going to be a problem, why not inform me before this time so I could have made alternative arrangements.
It ruined my son's birthday who asked me if he could have a paw patrol t shirt for his birthday and I didn't have one to give to him. Not only that, I was on holiday at the time while I was trying to chase up the progress of my order every day so it could be delivered in time so it ruined my holiday as I was dealing with this issue at the same time. I requested a refund and it is now the 16th October, a month later from placing my order and I still haven't received it. I contacted the seller twice to ask when my refund will be processed and my messages have been ignored.
I have always ordered from small businesses in the past and other companies and I have never experienced anything like this before. I have never given anybody a negative review before but I felt it was important to share my experience. I will not be ordering from Made Personally again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.

As explained throughout our messages, the dates shown at checkout are estimated dispatch dates, not delivery dates, which was unfortunately misunderstood. You later advised a new date that you needed the item for, and I continued to keep you updated throughout. Almost every message you sent was replied to within the same day or within 24 hours. The order was refunded in full on 4th October, which has been confirmed by my payment provider. Kind Regards.

If I could leave zero stars I would

If I could leave zero stars I would, it’s been 3 months since I placed my order and I haven’t received the item or a refund despite me continuously chasing. I don’t normally leave negative feedback and don’t like to impact small businesses but I believe all customers should be aware of the issues I’ve faced so they can make an informed decision before using this company.

I placed an order for a personalised Thomas the Tank Engine water bottle on 27th June with an estimated dispatch date of 2nd-4th July which I naively assumed would mean delivery before 9th July in time for my nephews birthday. I sent a WhatsApp to them on 7th July to which I received a prompt response stating the dispatch times are only an estimate and that she was running behind with orders. She said she would get it on its way to me as soon as she could.

I then received an email on 13th July asking me to confirm the name I wanted on the bottle as apparently I hadn’t added any personalisation, I remember writing the name I wanted on the order but replied promptly to the email confirming the name. The email stated she was processing my order so I assumed the item would arrive soon after that.

On 28th July I sent a WhatsApp asking for an update which went ignored, it was sent out of hours as most of my messages were as I’m a single mum of a 3 year old with a full time job so the only time I get to myself is after 7pm. This isn’t really relevant but the seller seems to always reply to negative reviews with comments about out of hours messaging being a main component of why orders are late and communication is missed. I sent another WhatsApp on 4th August and again on 13th and again on 18th, all were ignored. Another excuse for the lack of communication will be that the seller was on holiday between 7th and 14th August which explains ignoring one of my messages but not the other 3.

I sent a message through the website contact form on 25th August asking for an update and finally got a response where I was fobbed off with another excuse, this time it was there had been an issue with her putting items in the wrong order on her system so my order was still pending. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and was told she would send the item as soon as she got more stock.

On 16th September I sent another message asking for a refund as I’d had no update and still had no item and mentioned that I’d be leaving a negative review, her reply was almost instant and she assured me I would receive a refund, she would process it the next day and asked me not to leave a negative review as it would impact her business.

I emailed again on 30th September asking where my refund was as I had still not received it and yet again another excuse came, supposedly the refund was processed on 17th September and she would have to contact her payment provider to find out what the issue was. Again I was asked not to leave a negative review and told I’d be updated by the end of the day. It’s been over 24 hours and I still have no refund so I feel like I now have no choice but to leave this review.

Adding a further note to this as the seller has replied stating I have received a refund. I can confirm I have NOT received a refund and I have basically been told there’s nothing much else she can do and to contact my bank and deal with it myself. A further example of the disgraceful customer service this company offers

Great tee shirts

It was lovely to find a company to personalize some family tee shirts for my grandson's birthday & parents. The tee shirts are surprisingly good quality and the pictures and colours are bright and clear. It was easy to order what I wanted and I was kept up to date with the expected time for delivery. I will definitely be buying again and can easily recommend.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered a child's lunch box for school on 11th August, estimated dispatch 14th-18th August. I only received the item on 4th September! Far too late for school. I sent several emails, kept getting told it would be delayed but wasn't given an estimated date. Had to buy another lunch box for school starting. When it finally did arrive quality is just OK, poor quality zip used which oddly overlaps a few inches, looks like it's been sewn on wrong. Would be very difficult for a child to open. Would never have ordered if I knew what the service was like. I've noticed several replies to other bad reviews stating emails were sent out of business hours so weren't replied to, seems odd that a business doesn't pick up their emails the next day.

I'm sorry to see you have left a 1* review. It's a real shame to see this was written within minutes of an email being sent - giving me no opportunity to respond or discuss the matter with you before a review was composed.

Firstly I just wanted to acknowledge about responses to emails. Emails that are sent out of hours are of course responded to at the earliest opportunity the next working day. In fact, many emails and correspondence where possible are even replied to out of hours. In this case, I can see you had emailed on 4 occasions - on three occasions you had a reply within 10 minutes (despite being out of hours), next day, and same day. There was one instance we're an email was missed, my apologies, and you had sent a chaser 5 days later - having recognised this, the follow up email was replied to within 3 minutes.

With regards to the delay, this had been explained in emails. I fully appreciate the time sensitivity of all orders placed and have been working as quickly as possible to ensure any item impacted by a delay dispatched as quickly as possible. Please note, I do run the business entirely by myself and work tirelessly to help all customers, especially where something doesn't go as planned.

With regards to the quality of the item - all items are quality checked during the print process. In the case of the lunch bag you purchased, the printed part (lid) has to actually be fully removed for printing - during this, lunch box lid/cover is fully removed, then re-attached - at this time the zip naturally is checked in order to be able to remove and then re-attach the printed lid. The zip element you have shared a photo of - is designed this way for removal of the printed lid during cleaning.

I am aware you have sent a few photographs of the lunch bag - but these all appear show the zipper was attached and in perfect quality. The lunch bag is an item that has been sold many times, and indeed my children have the same lunch bag and have not had any issues with the zip. If an issue is was present during removal of the lid for printing, the item is replaced before being made.

Unfortunately, the item is as expected and the photos you have sent seem to confirm this.

I'm sorry if this is not the response you expected and again it's a shame I didn't have an opportunity to discuss this with you before you had composed a review.

Bluey named water bottle

Named water bottle came today and would recommend this company. There was a delay due to time of year but the seller acted promptly and advised a new date which arrived on time! The Bluey water bottle is lovely and I’ve had two as they were so much nicer than some sellers. It was a bonus to have my granddaughter’s name on it for school. Yes I would definitely recommend this item.
