I bought a new bumper for my ST220, that sadly wasn't fit for purpose, as stated by the bodyshop who were spraying & fitting it..!

I contacted CWS about this, who said returning it wasn't a problem and once recieved would refund me.
I returned the bumper at a cost of £108, which they recieved a month and a half ago and I'm still waiting on my refund.
So I am down £438 thanks to this company and I'm not impressed..

LEAVE well alone,, not a parts company, its a scam... They take your MONEY and there gone.

Fraudsters, don't give them your money.
Ordered a splitter that never turned up. Chased by email (won't answer phone) and got fobbed off with "delays" etc. Thankfully my bank sorted it and got my money back.

Ordered a bumper a year ago still not arrived. Constantly have had to chase for update said its in UK would get it October blame customs and covid. Do not answer phone been caing every day for weeks. Do not reply to emails tried several times.

I ordered a spoiler for my car early October 2021 and now it’s end of May 2022 still no spoiler has arrived every time same excuse because of brexit and covid it’s delayed been a month now waiting on refund and nothing and getting fobbed off

This company is ACTIVE according to the businesses next door...I rang a few thousand times and they now refuse to answer. I have tried calling from several different numbers and both lines ring out with no option for voicemail. They say to email but again have not replied. It has been 9 MONTHS!!! I have been given several different dates of delivery up until the point that they have ignored the phones. The replies here seem to only be to the negative reviews stating to "phone the sales team who are always open" As i have said there has been NO contact whatsoever. Trading standards and my solicitor are now in the proceeds of recovering from these absolute scammers. DISGRACEFUL, UNPROFFESIONAL, SCAM ARTISTS!

JUST BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THE MANUFACTURERS IN GERMANY WHO HAVE COMFIRMED THTA THERE ARE NO ORDERS FOR UK!!! WHICH MEANS THIS COMPANY NEVER SENT AN ORDER THROUGH AND LIED LIED LIED ALL THIS TIME. MY SOLICITOR IS LOVING THIS. SCAM THIEF SCAM CON SCAM CRIMINAL SCAM

This company was very helpfull and I didn't have a problem with them a few years back I could make orders and get delivery fast , I also had a wrong bumper delivered and it was quickly corrected , would of had a 5 star back then . But now the previous orders have came with problems ,I get that these two orders come from Germany and I get that there is customs issues and covid but 7 months to receive a pair of sideskirts and my latest order of a bumper wich has been 9 months and still haven't recieved it , iv been told for months it's here in the UK , at first it was on a single container recieved and then was then told they have 5 containers it's definitely there and now they won't answer phones or emails is taking the **** , coming from Germany, customs and covid can't be helped but when it is literally sitting in the UK for months thats madmotors problem this is on them , the company has clearly changed the way they handle there business and it's not for the better , If your thinking about using this company i wouldnt bother justnow , when or if they manage to get it back on track maybe a different story

Does anyone live near these crooks they are total scammers and just steal peoples $$$$$$$$ if anyone does live near them take a visit to see if there even at that address and call the local authorities on them this gone to far!!!!!!!!!

Im not sure where these 5* reviews are coming from over the last few days about great communication and great service, i made a purchase in feb, was told 3-4 weeks, still waiting and have been trying to get in touch with them daily for 4 weeks, not a singe answer on the phones and not a single reply by email, google give a more accurate review with many having similar issues, concerned that these are fake reviews and also a fake company

Absolutely terrible, I ordered and paid for something which they could not supply, that was 6 months ago and they still haven't repaid me my money, just started legal proceedings today (20/04/22) be very careful

Does no replay to customer emails... bad customer service..

I think the current climate has hit this company hard. From my experience and the many recent reviews it appears they have been forced to turn into nothing more than criminal scum, stealing peoples money and scamming where they can.
I only wish i'd read the reviews BEFORE they stole from me.
Since they now choose to ignore emails and calls i hope to see them in person very soon.

Paid the money, never received the product. Seems like i have been scammed. All i get from 'customer services' is lies.
Hopefully you checked this page before buying. Might as well flush your money down the toilet. This company is a disgrace.

Let me order a part, took my money, and didn't deliver. When i contacted them they offered alternatives which i declined but still could not get refund.

I managed to get the majority of my money back through small claims court.
They'll happily take your money and wait to see if you go away. Continuously lied about delivery dates and delays. Sorry i can't leave less stars.

Made a purchase for multiple parts in July 2021, and I have always said throughout that I understand delays and issues in the ports etc, however I always had to contact them to find this information out. I have had 2 out of 5 parts arrive, still waiting on around £700 of parts. I have tried to make contact with them since December via phone and email to get no response. DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!

I bought side skirts 8 months ago: I was fully understanding that they were supposedly sat in customs and understood brexit and covid may have delayed them. 6 months in I asked for a refund of the item and was ensured it would be in within ten days. For the last 8 weeks I have rung every ten days to get either no one answering the phone or being told they were re issuing the refund. Still no refund. Still no side skirts. 8 months in now. DONT BUY FROM HERE
