The vedio instructions are clear and easy to follow. Ample time is given to get in position for each exercise. Time clock countdown for each exercise is a great visual. I didn't get each exercise correct or able to do each one. But I know I will get there. I sincerely love this form of instruction. It leaves me wanting more and looking forward to the next session with anticipation
Very well done and planned. I wish I had this decades ago. Sincere thanks, Robert Erb
